Overall, everything went pretty good. Would love to have had a microwave in the room. Refrigerator was not cold enough.

Room is nice. Like a 4-5 star hotel. Front desk are young and beautiful…good to have a ****** at first floor. But no GYM…no entertainment facility…

Staying for the second time, I have not stepped on thunder so many times, very good Easy access to the airport The hotel is clean and tidy The room is not very big Breakfast is a bit general, or old taste. It's the normal quality of Hilton.

Dining at the Swizzle Dinner & Drinks restaurant was an experience in itself! The rotating restaurant offers a unique and elevated dining experience with panoramic views of the city skyline. The food was exceptional, with a variety of locally inspired dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, showcasing genuine care and hospitality. The service throughout my stay was exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring my stay was perfect. From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. The facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were well-maintained and provided an additional layer of luxury to my stay. Overall, my experience at the Galt House Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. It’s a fantastic blend of southern hospitality, luxury, and comfort. No slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, these need to bring their own, others have, the service is also very good, the room has a meal service, there is a coffee machine and ironing board

The hotel is European, high-end and elegant. The room is very spacious, including a small living room and bedroom. The bed and pillow are very comfortable, soft and clean. The bathroom is my favorite. The design is so thoughtful and meets all the needs of accommodation. In particular, the two hooks on the wall are beautiful and practical, which can be said to solve a big problem. I don't understand why many hotels can't configure a few similar hooks in the bathroom? The only drawback is that there is no free bottled water in the room. Everything else is very satisfactory.

Beautiful property, very kind staff! Close to downtown, but I wouldn’t call it walking distance. In-house cafe, restaurant, and self-service shop area. I did think nearly $7 for a small smartwater was a bit much, but that’s just convenience pricing, really. Very nice lounging spots, inside and out. Multiple entrances make it a short distance no matter where you’re at in the parking lot. Sucks they don’t have a pool, but they do have a fitness area so that’s good. Honestly didn’t care for the TV in the room much. Wish there was a better way to get on any streaming service instead of having to figure out Bluetooth (which I couldn’t) or having to bring a Roku stick or something. Overall good stay :)
