"Honestly, this is my first time visiting the hotel. The reception was wonderful, the staff were very respectful, and they responded to any requests quickly. I would especially like to mention the reception staff, who are very, very, very wonderful."

"This was one of the strangest accommodations I ever had. I booked four nights at a bargain rate. However, the address and ‘hotel’ phone number were incorrect, creating a stressful situation when I arrived after dark. The address near the pyramids is sketchy. After contacting trip.com I was able to call the owner the next morning (after getting a room in another hotel at a high rate) who walked me to his guesthouse about 5 minutes away. For the price, the room, bathroom, washing machine and free breakfast at another property (looking at the pyramids) was a good bargain. The owner is a nice man who even brought me fruit and drinks every night. My advice is to contact the owner days before arriving to get a specific address and correct WhatsApp number."

"breakfast is normal with bread, milk, coffee and salads, no meats etc. beautiful garden and good facilities. Personally, I dislike the central ventilation system which is always noisy."

"I was greeted by a swift early check-in by front desk accommodating staff (I do particularly remember Michael) and to my most-pleasant surprise I thought my room was five-star (go for the superior room, well worth it; I have no experience with standard rooms). Housekeeping lady (Alla) is very friendly and accommodating and will do a fantastic thorough job. Thank you. High-floor pool is very nice and clean (can see the Nile river). Buffet breakfast was varied, tasty and more than satisfying. If wnd when in Cairo, I will not hesitate to book this hotel again (and will not try to find a ”better hotel”)."
