Standby security personnel. With 24/7 Power output and supply. Good water supply too."

"Mixed experiences here. First the good points - the room size is excellent and bedding etc is lovely - a well managed hotel where Evie polite - good selection at breakfast - a great gym and pool - a great pool bar with good music. Bad points - the bedrooms were opposite the loudest building work I have ever experienced. I arrived early from an overnight flight and paid extra to get some sleep. Absolutely no chance. There was in excess of 40 workmen - I asked to change rooms. The reception said they would come back to me and never did - as a sole business traveller I was in the furthest point from the reception which I don’t like. I also explained this to the reception but no reply. It’s a good 5 minute walk away."

"From arrival, the concierge were at their best. The receptionist who checked us in took time to explain how the hotel works, the gym, spa, breakfast and lunch times. They had detox/lemon water stationed at the lobby so you could sip and cool off while being checked in. The rooms were beautiful. Room service top notch. I enjoyed the experience. It was a business stay, but I look forward to staying with them again during my next visit to the capital city"

"I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Benjamin for the warm welcome and thorough explanation of everything in our room—truly a 5-star meet and greet! I'd also like to acknowledge the security staff, especially Mohammed in the blue shirt and his colleague in the white shirt, who were always friendly and eager to help. The only downside was the early morning calls from the mosque at 4 AM and 5 AM, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. No City View as paid for, just noise , but can’t sleep , can you hear everything in the hallway ."
