"Quick check in but tried to upsell a better room. Room was clean and there was daily housekeeping.

"The hotel is located halfway up the mountain. It is recommended to take the bus with luggage. It is quite tiring to pull it up directly. We didn't take the bus when we went there, so we asked the hotel staff to help us. They were very enthusiastic and helped us get to the hotel. The hotel room is OK, and the balcony looks beautiful, with mountains and water. The breakfast is Western style and tastes very good. The transportation is very convenient. There is a train station at the foot of the mountain, and you can take the bus directly to the city."

"Wonderful, quiet location right on the lake, small wellness area with direct access to swimming in the lake. The finest breakfast, buffet and a la carte for any egg dishes. Not to forget the excellent espresso and cappuccino. Rooms with a view of the lake and first-class parquet floors, as well as the service and friendliness of the employees were excellent. Simply everything to enjoy.

"very affordable and convenient hostel in Zurich, located just 20-minute tram or bus ride from Zurich HB. I suggest getting a 24-hour zone bus ticket for easy travel. There’s a supermarket nearby, and the closest train station is about an 8-minute walk away. The rooms are basic, I appreciated having sinks in the room. The only downside is the lack of a fan or AC, which can make the room feel stuffy. Additionally, you need to return the bed sheets at check-out, and renting a towel costs 3 CHF each."

"The hotel is located at the highest point in Zurich. It is difficult to drag luggage up the mountain after the train arrives. You can ask the shuttle bus to help transport the luggage. When you ask them for help in the morning, you still have to look at their faces, and they will make a bad look for you :)
Pros: The room is clean and large, and the view is beautiful! Both night view and sunrise are great
Disadvantages: The attitude of some service staff is very bad! I asked the hotel if there was a hot water kettle and was given an uncleaned one. It was a very bad experience!"

"The breakfast is great and the service is very good. Because I live in Switzerland, I have stayed in a lot of hotels. This is the most cost-effective one. The transportation is convenient. You can go directly to the hotel by bus No. 13 from the railway station. Highly recommended."

"Less than 30 knives from the train station, 20 minutes walk from Banhof Street and Zurich Cathedral, the room is quite large, very clean, breakfast is not much, the front desk staff is very warm, the only bad thing is that I have paid the full room rate on the platform and deducted me 160 euros. Later, I asked the platform and said that it would take 30 working days to return. I don't understand why it is like this?"
