There is Wifi and there are smart TVs in each bedroom and living room. Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and basics like salt, pepper, & oil. There is a laundry room and you are welcome to use it as needed. The area is tranquil and still close to the beach and the city of Humacao in the Southeast part of Puerto Rico.
