Seabel Alhambra Beach Golf & Spa ★★★★
"Good quality price"
Sol Palmeras Beach - Family Hotel ★★★
"I had a wonderful stay at Sol Palmeras Hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Ahmed, Mehdi, and Ines at the reception for their kindness and professionalism. A big thank you as well to Miro, the polyvalent animator, for his energy, enthusiasm, and the fun activities he organized. Thanks also to Fanda for helping create such a great atmosphere. I would also like to thank all the restaurant staff for their excellent service, delicious food, and warm hospitality. Thank you to everyone at Sol Palmeras Hotel for making my holiday unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to visit again soon!"
Sentido Bellevue Park ★★★★★
"Excellent"
Iberostar Selection Diar El Andalous ★★★★★
"It was alright, but it would be even better if the hotel offered more varied menus."
Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay ★★★★★
"Spacious room. Diverse buffet. No one answered the main line when I tried to call for the hotel's address. The entertainment and music were too loud for a couple looking to relax."
Abou Sofiane Hotel ★★★★
"The hotel's location is decent, with the airport nearby. We arrived in the morning and had to wait six hours in the lobby before our rooms were ready. After a long queue to enter the restaurant, you had to rush to find a seat, plates, or crockery. Sadly, if the food had run out, I advised you to leave the restaurant. It’s important to be friendly with members of staff and have good intentions with a tip, or you might spoil your holiday. The food was bad. Don’t complain about the food; I saw a woman complain because there was no croissant for breakfast. The restaurant gave her a leftover from the tables, which she didn’t notice. I saw them do this, but I was too cowardly to act. The bartender might tell you they don’t have water now, so be prepared to drink any beverage. Overall, it was a disastrous holiday. However, the Tunisian people are friendly, and restaurant food outside the hotel is not bad. Avoid booking four-star hotels; only choose five-star hotels The room was not bad, but there was water leaking in the corridor; you can say we had a swimming pool outside our door, and management could not be bothered to fix it. Don't believe positive reviews because the same hotel staff were asking guests to write positive reviews, and they were asking if they could write on behalf of the guests. Personally, I don’t recommend Abou Safina Hotel."
Soviva Resort - Families Only ★★★
"A very bad hotel. The bar staff are rude, there's no cold water, and if you ask for it more than once, they start winking at you and talking amongst themselves. The rooms are disastrous, especially the outdoor ones; the TV doesn't work, and the staff fight with customers, especially The cleaning staff are rude, the sheets aren't washed properly and have yellow and red spots (please check your sheets before sleeping), the pool is yellowish, and the hotel is full of rude and unsavory people. The food is the same every day, there's no change, and even the staff don't give you enough food; they give you as much as a cat, especially at breakfast. Each Sunday you only get two pancakes smaller than the palm of your hand, which isn't enough, and the same goes for the croissants.I think a buffet means you can eat however you want without anyone controlling you, and even the desserts after the meal aren't available in sufficient quantities; when you leave, they're gone. Ask the hotel to only allow a number of guests it can accommodate, not more than its capacity allows. He doesn't skimp on food because the customers are paying for it; it's not free."
Concorde Green Park Palace ★★★★★
"Everything was very good. Nice and beautiful. Cleaning services not good."
Riviera Hotel - Family Only ★★★★
"I'm currently at this hotel room 383. There are pluses and minuses. It's a dated hotel for sure inside and out it needs a full makeover. Romm is a decent size but dated, had a fridge but they don't put the bottled water in it, today was 46 degrees centigrade, why have a fridge then? Aircon is included, well it would be if it was any good, thanks no asthmatic blowing through a straw, currently 29 Deg at 9.30pm. I'll go and get a cold drink then to cool down! Every bar wether it's the pool bar, horrible dirty place or the beach bar, a shed with no fridge so only beer is chilled sort of, all soft drinks are warm, did I mention it's 46 degrees today at the beach? Or the lobby bar ALL have big queues, loddy bar tonight at 9pm 25 people deep. Breakfast is poor, no way round putting it any other way, snacks at the grubby pool bay no better, evening meals are better more choice but hopefully he queues for everything, and nothing is covered, no lift up tray to keep food warm and more importantly, flu free. Rooms have a bath with a shower over, did I say it was dated? The sealer around the bath is epic, must have used a full tube and a tea Spoon to apply it, yet the bathroom still floods, it's no exaggeration, we have sed 3 towels clearing only up, and the hall way.. The beach is a fair walk through the grinds and is nice powder white fine sand, the see is shallow and no waves to speak of so no big current, nice for kids, several large jelly fish were pulled out each morning, not the hotels problem but be aware. It isn't anywhere near a European 4 ⭐, drinks, 1 beer, red, white and rose wine mostly warm or slightly chilled, handfull of local spirits, nothing to shout about, always served in tiny glasses or plastic type glass, never filled so you're always thirsty and you have to carry as many as your I can to save getting back in that bloody queue, not what you want when it's 46 degrees in the day and 28 at night. Nowhere near enough sunbeds at the pool, which start getting filled at 5.30am with towels but a good 25% don't get used until the afternoon due to greedy ******. Sunbeds at the beach are more readily available until about 9am then they are full, probably by the same people saving a pool sunbed. All staff I have met have been kind and helpful, always say hello So a quick round up, if you're thinking to stay here I would look for a bit more upmarket it's worth the extra few pounds, it's you're holiday, it's cheap because it's in need of work so it attracts the cheap seat type of customer, 4 kids , no control while the parents stand in queues to get hammered. Think it's the worst I have stayed at and I've been to 25/30 hotels over the years"
