"So, I came with my family. I'm from Algeria. Of course, this is the Sol Palméra Hotel in Châtel Marium Souss. It's a really nice hotel with a lovely,natural vibe. There's always activities by the pool. The entertainment director is really creative, energetic, and dynamic. Plus, he's really great with my two daughters and my child and my wife. I'm also super satisfied,with the activities. There are darts, dart tournaments,,and of course, I played beach volleyball. And of course, there's also the pool bar—it's really nice. There's a lovely atmosphere around the hotel—flowers lots of greenery and palm trees. The path is very wide, very spacious,and of course, I played beach volleyball. "Following a recommendation from a friend, I reserved a hotel room with high expectations due to its favorable rating. However, my experience fell short of these expectations. Despite anticipating a minimum level of service, I was met with subpar reception and an unpleasant odor lingering in the corridor. The dining experience was disappointing, with poorly prepared food and a lack of adherence to service times, exacerbated by a rushed closure of the restaurant while patrons were still dining. Furthermore, the condition of the swimming pool was unsatisfactory, resembling a cesspool rather than a recreational facility, and the behavior of the lifeguard was unprofessional, as he prioritized reprimanding guests over fulfilling his duties."

"The service was excellent, the environment was clean and comfortable, and the all-inclusive restaurant offered a wide variety of food, including freshly squeezed juices and freshly made dishes. It's also very close to the beach and is the closest and most comfortable hotel to the airport, making it ideal for a direct flight after landing. Highly recommended! 👍"

"Very bad experience at Hotel Abou Sofiane. From the moment we arrived, the air conditioning at the reception wasn’t working, making the wait extremely uncomfortable. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but we had to wait almost two hours before getting our room, without any explanation or apology. On top of that, they had run out of the All Inclusive wristbands, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this category. The worst part was the service. The reception staff were unprofessional, often rude, and spoke to guests in an arrogant manner. Every time we asked for something, it felt like we were bothering them. There was absolutely no sense of hospitality. I do not recommend this hotel at all. They seriously need to improve their organization, customer service, and, most importantly, the way they treat their guests."

"Sorry, the ladies at the reception are not so friendly, The hotel was terribly busy with children from different sports clubs, The restaurant was very busy and gothic, no air conditioning, tables inside as well as outside full of food that people have left behind, with great difficulty we found a table to eat, but we have to queue for breakfast as well as for dinner and wait in line for a long time, I will never come back to this hotel, I was not satisfied"

"I'm currently at this hotel room 383. There are pluses and minuses. It's a dated hotel for sure inside and out it needs a full makeover. Romm is a decent size but dated, had a fridge but they don't put the bottled water in it, today was 46 degrees centigrade,why have a fridge then? Aircon is included, well it would be if it was any good, thanks no asthmatic blowing through a straw, currently 29 Deg at 9.30pm. I'll go and get a cold drink then to cool down! Every bar wether it's the pool bar, horrible dirty place or the beach bar, a shed with no fridge so only beer is chilled sort of, all soft drinks are warm, did I mention it's 46 degrees today at the beach? Or the lobby bar ALL have big queues, loddy bar tonight at 9pm 25 people deep. Breakfast is poor, no way round putting it any other way, snacks at the grubby pool bay no better, evening meals are better more choice but hopefully he queues for everything, and nothing is covered, no lift up tray to keep food warm and more importantly, flu free. Rooms have a bath with a shower over, did I say it was dated? The sealer around the bath is epic, must have used a full tube and a tea Spoon to apply it, yet the bathroom still floods, it's no exaggeration, we have sed 3 towels clearing only up, and the hall way.. The beach is a fair walk through the grinds and is nice powder white fine sand, the see is shallow and no waves to speak of so no big current, nice for kids, several large jelly fish were pulled out each morning, not the hotels problem but be aware. It isn't anywhere near a European 4 ⭐, drinks, 1 beer, red, white and rose wine mostly warm or slightly chilled, handfull of local spirits, nothing to shout about, always served in tiny glasses or plastic type glass, never filled so you're always thirsty and you have to carry as many as your I can to save getting back in that bloody queue, not what you want when it's 46 degrees in the day and 28 at night. Nowhere near enough sunbeds at the pool, which start getting filled at 5.30am with towels but a good 25% don't get used until the afternoon due to greedy ******. Sunbeds at the beach are more readily available until about 9am then they are full, probably by the same people saving a pool sunbed. All staff I have met have been kind and helpful, always say hello So a quick round up, if you're thinking to stay here I would look for a bit more upmarket it's worth the extra few pounds, it's you're holiday, it's cheap because it's in need of work so it attracts the cheap seat type of customer, 4 kids , no control while the parents stand in queues to get hammered. Think it's the worst I have stayed at and I've been to 25/30 hotels over the years"
