My family and I recently stayed at your beautiful hotel during the Chinese New Year, and I wanted to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude for the incredible experience we had. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect, and your hotel exceeded all our expectations in every way. The hotel itself is stunning, with its breathtaking surroundings, spacious and comfortable rooms, and the private pool was simply amazing. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by your entire team. Every single staff member we encountered greeted us with the warmest smiles, making us feel truly at home. We were especially touched by the thoughtful gestures for our child. The staff noticed we were traveling with our little one and immediately arranged a sofa bed, ensuring our family’s comfort. The horse riding and desert activities were unforgettable memories, and we are particularly grateful to the lovely lady who helped us arrange these experiences. A special thank you to Mr. Javaid, who took us on a magical desert sunset tour. The photos we took during that time are some of our most cherished memories from the trip. We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Ahmed Karim, who went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. He gave us a wonderful introduction to the hotel, arranged taxis for us, and solved any issues we had with such care and professionalism. His passion for the hotel was evident, and it truly made us fall in love with The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah as well. The Chinese New Year celebration at the hotel was another highlight of our stay. The “sky lantern” activity was beautifully organized, and we were deeply moved by the efforts of the staff who learned to say “新年快乐” (Happy New Year) in Chinese. It made us feel so special and welcomed during this important festival. This stay was nothing short of magical, and it was undoubtedly the best part of our trip to the UAE. We will cherish these memories forever and cannot wait to return to your hotel in the future. Thank you once again for making our Chinese New Year celebration so extraordinary. "The hotel environment is average, the price is not cheap to tell the truth. I spent such a high price. There was no toothpaste and toothbrush in the room. I booked the room after seeing the seaside scenery outside the hotel."

"Pros: Service is friendly, accommodating and efficient  Rooms are great for the price point Buffet restaurant was surprisingly good , never bored over 5 days Wide beach with plenty of pool areas Sports bar is great, but not all drinks are in the all-inclusive, but has premier league football Cons: If you drive you will have to park outdoors under a tree and your car will be covered in debris, no underground parking House drinks could be better, soft beverages are great though Pools and beach is overcrowded Outdoor bars close too early Restaurants are not included with the all-inclusive except for buffet restaurant, suggest guests staying over 2 nights should be able to book within all-inclusive Overall, was dreading the booking , but was pleasantly surprised."

"Checking in before Christmas, there were a lot of guests in the hotel, most of them families with children. Breakfast is full, so go early or you'll have to wait in a long line. The various activities in the hotel are basically focused on children, and there are basically no programs arranged for adults."

"I have been coming to this hotel since 2017, the last time was in 2022. During this time, Hilton became the owner, and everything changed for the worse. Previously, it was Luxury, luxury, no strangers, top-notch service, now it is torn sun loungers, worn towels, plus construction on both sides, and sometimes you can’t go into the sea, it’s dirty. In general, I am of course discouraged. The staff is of course good, they try their best, otherwise .... Only a memory remains from the former Waldorf, I was there last time, and it’s a pity ...."
