"This desert resort, nestled deep in the heart of the desert and far from the city's hustle and bustle, felt like an overseas desert version of Tao Yuanming's 'Peach Blossom Spring' – a true oasis. To celebrate our child's first graduation season, we decided to temporarily step away from the relentless pace of life and found a moment of tranquility in this desert haven.
The entire staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive, always proactively responding to guests' needs. Our stay was simply fantastic.
We booked a one-bedroom pool villa with breakfast and dinner included for three consecutive nights. We enjoyed three hotel activities: a Sunrise Camel Ride, Family Dune Bashing, and the Sunrise Falcon Show. The overall experience was superb. Since it was the low season in July, there weren't many guests, and my child and I even had the falcon show all to ourselves – it felt like a private viewing!
Breakfast and dinner buffets were incredibly extensive, featuring delicious cuisine from all over the world. The dining ambiance and the quality of the food were both absolutely top-notch! And during the scorching summer heat, having our own private pool right in the villa was truly a blessing – it washed away all our fatigue and worries!"
"situated in gayathi, i loved the place. it is a little isolated and the room has a little quirky organization -- you have to take stairs to go the the bathroom -- but it is a perfect place to go if you have business in this region. the hotel was clean, staff were very kind, and the price was affordable. one complaint would be the screen by the pool was blasting indian music even after midnight, but I called the reception and they turned it off immediately. "
"Unfortunately, the experience was not at all comfortable. The bed was extremely uncomfortable; you could clearly feel the springs in your back, making it very difficult to sleep. The pillows and mattress were also uncomfortable.
The reservation price was exaggerated compared to what was offered, and worse still, it did not include breakfast, despite the price suggesting otherwise.
Also, the repeated false alarms were very annoying, and no explanation was given as to why or who was responsible for the false reports.
Honestly, I don't know how the place got a 4.1/5 rating; the experience is completely unworthy of it."
"It is a quiet resort resort.
Many office workers and family vacationers come here.
Alcohol and food can be purchased nearby.
There is a swimming pool.
The beach is shallow, so it is good for children to play."
"Very nice, the environment is very good, the resort hotel. But the location is really remote and there is nothing around. However, the hotel has its own beach, which is not bad, and there are other hotels nearby, so there are several options for eating. There is also a Korean restaurant next to it, mainly to provide services for the nuclear power plant built by the Koreans nearby, and the food is good."
"Staff were friendly and welcoming. We were upgraded to a Seaview room which we really appreciated. However, I can't say it's exactly 5 stars yet, as someone who has been to five star hotels across 4 countries, there are certain stuff missing such a complimentary robes and slippers, toothbrushes etc, but of course the hotel is still fairly new and will probably improve over time.
Cons during our stay:
-There was construction there and the exits to the beach were closed.
- There wasn't any buffet dinner the 1st few nights, they kept pushing out the time for dinner as they were hosting a soccer team and the buffet was planned accordingly to their timing, usually past 9.30pm which was too late.
- The lunch and dinner menu is still fairly small.
- The soccer team (young guys) were quite noisy at early parts of the morning in the outside breakfast area which was just outside our window.
- The buffet dinner on Christmas day was absolutely small.
- No bathtub in room and could not see which room had a tub listed online as it just mentioned '' shower or tub''.
- Gym is extremely small.
Pros:
-Beautiful sea view.
- Located in a Quiet and peaceful environment.
- Lulu supermarket located just outside the hotel which makes it convenient.
- Rooms had mini kitchen with cutlery and pots etc, washing machine and microwave, fridge etc, which was nice.
- House keeping was available on request at any time.
- House keeping staff were very friendly.
- Security guard was very helpful and friendly.
- We could have a small barbecue on the beach at late hours of the night.
- Plenty parking.
- Sea view room had a balcony.
- Hotel provided a mini needle and cotton set which I found unusual and cute, definitely not something I've seen at other hotels.
Overall the place has an amazing view, and I'm sure will improve as they develop and get more tourists. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it to others."
"They stay was very great, we really liked the place that was followed with an incredible services and friendly staff there, also the restaurant food was very delicious. but I have a little concern about the outside airstream furnitures that needs to be more cleaned as well as the bicycles need to be checked before the guest’s check in, as for everything else was super perfect.
I shared some of my favorite pictures about my stay there . . Many thanks to you and to this beautiful place ✨"
"Very satisfied. For a hotel on a deserted island like Sir Bani Yas Island, it is really not easy.
The hardware and software are excellent, five-star standard.
The activities are also very good, animal safaris are a must-see, really good (of course, it can't be compared with Africa).
However, objectively speaking, the beach is good, but the area is actually not large, that is, the range of about 30 small villas, and the rest of the place is still quite deserted.
In general, it is worth a visit. (It can really be seen that this island has worked hard)"
"You need to go to the pier to board the boat to the island. From the beginning of the road, there are beautiful scenery all the way. There is almost no pollution. The sea is particularly blue.
When you arrive on the island, take a bus to your respective hotel. There are three hotels of different styles on this island. This one is more wild and luxurious. The Little Africa is well-deserved. There are many animals in the room, peacocks, marmots, and spotted chickens. The photos are also very good. On the second day, I also participated in the African Safari and took many animal photos.
It is particularly worth mentioning that the hotel staff on the first day of check-in, the brother was very warm and considerate to us, and he also cared many times whether the things we needed were delivered to the room in time. The next day, I wanted to thank him and found that he was resting and not in the hotel, which was a pity.
The meal needs to be improved, because the hotel only has a BBQ buffet for dinner. We chose the buffet of another hotel in the same group on the island, and the food was also average. It is suitable for friends who don’t expect much from food.
The Safari on the second day saw many animals and it was very good. It’s just very sunny and hot, so you need to take sun protection measures.
This hotel is suitable for staying for 2-3 consecutive days. The journey is long but it’s worth it!"
