出張で利用しました。 スケジュールが変更になり、24時間も滞在しないままに移動することになってしまった都市で、滞在も夜遅く到着し、寝て、翌日昼にチェックアウトとなってしまいましたが、宿泊先としては最高でした。夜遅い到着にも拘らず笑顔で迎えていただき、部屋も広く綺麗で、快適でした。朝もトラブルで朝食もとれませんでしたが、数日前に先に到着していた同僚から、朝食も素晴らしいと聞いていたので次回はきっと食べたいです。スタッフの方もテキパキと動いていらっしゃり、終始気持ちの良い滞在でした。次の出張の機会にもきっとこちらにお世話になりたいと思います。朝食会場のレストランの横にはカフェもあり、おいしそうなケーキ類もあったのでこちらも試してみたいです。

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Al Khobar. The hotel offers a warm and welcoming environment with excellent service from the moment I arrived. The check-in was smooth and the staff were professional and polite. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable, with all the essentials provided for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights of my experience was the exceptional support from Supervisor Mr. Enayet Ullah, who was incredibly helpful, attentive and always ready to assist with a smile. His professionalism and guest-focused approach made my stay even more pleasant and memorable. He truly represents the high hospitality standards of the hotel.
