"If you like a small boutique hotel, this will be an excellent choice. It is located near the town centre, historic castle, museum, shops, bars and restaurants. A small beach about 200 meters away and the famous Cleopatra beach in walking distance. We stayed in one of the standard room for three nights. It was nicely decorated, very clean, has its own balcony which was surrounded by lemon trees and flowers. All the staff are very friendly, especially Nezaket hanim at the reception, and they do their best to make your stay a very pleasant one. Breakfast is the best part with a rich selection of tasty and healthy choices, so the Oscar goes to the lady chef!! Hopefully we will be back and always recommend it to our friends."

"Expected more. Good location in the old city, chic views from the terrace. Our room was unviewed. The house is old, the room is old. Bed is very comfortable, the lingerie is clean. Sunset old, Sleeve cabin requires repair, strong scent of sewerage in the sink. There is a shower gel and balsam, slippers. Towels are washed. Breakfast is ordinary, roast omlet, do not fill if anything is over. Come earlier. In general, the second time would not come.
The next house is a beautiful spectacular restaurant with a very delicious food. The restaurant will be visited again with pleasure."

"Приехали на пару часов раньше, но заселились сразу после приветственного кофе. Номер 702 на верхнем этаже с видом на крепость Алании и с балкона, и из кровати. . Чистота безупречная, постель удобная, Мини-кухня, посуда, хорошая мебель, в т.ч. на балконе.
Не было халатов, но лень было спрашивать. До моря 300м, до M Migros 150м. Общепита кругом достаточно."

"A great hotel, super friendly employees everywhere, reception, breakfast room, general housekeeping who always smile and have good advice and are willing to help and go the extra mile
Super wide breakfast selection with various warm dishes, cold cuts, all kind of cheese, cereals and of course many different salads, yoghurt and dried fruits - I could not think of anything missing
Different coffees from Americano over Expresso to Latte and fruit juices
Less than 2 minutes walk to the red tower and 5 minutes to the harbour.
Seaview really perfect to see the “pirate” ships coming and going and also sunrise in the morning.
As close to the harbour also close proximity to all kind of restaurants, bars and the shopping bazaars.
We were super happy and will come for sure again, we really had a great time and enjoyed every single day 😎"

"This hotel is great, German management, it goes without saying. This is not my first time staying at this hotel. The price in December is not bad, and in the peak season, the hotel is of course expensive. The room is great, everything works fine, the room has a balcony, the room has internet. The hotel is beautiful with comfortable sofas and armchairs in the lobby. The food in the restaurant was impeccable and I had half board. The food selection is great and everything is delicious. The sea is nearby, across the road. The center is also very close, a little over a kilometer. I recommend the hotel."

"The hotel is quite comfortable for an unpretentious tourist. The room is spacious. Minus - sometimes there was an order for sewerage. Close to the sea. The beach belongs to two hotels at the same time: Kayla City and Kala Beach. The bar on the beach has very tasty flatbreads, portioned ayran and water."

"Overall, a good combination of price and quality. The food is ok. Mostly chicken, but sometimes fish and meat. In the second half of November (or so it happened) there are many adult vacationers and locals. At the disco on the beach, every other one plays Russian and Turkish songs. After November 15, the pier is dismantled and there is no entry into the sea from it."

"The hotel is located on the second row. The magnificent Cleopatra beach and the sea are only a 5-minute walk away, and you can make money on the hotel’s own beach. Hotels, caves, towers, promenades, museums, markets all attractions within 10 minutes. Hotel service is very good. The staff is very nice. Ordinary food, trying to diversify something. The waiters are very friendly and attentive and everything is fine. Each room has a balcony. The whole hotel is very convenient and comfortable, with swimming pool, Turkish bath, and extra money in the evening after a 2-day concert. The disadvantage is that the room is very small and all soap and soap accessories are gone. For 4, this is the negative sign."

GGuest___I planned to stay for 3-5 days and move on to another city, but the team here created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that I ended up extending my stay twice for three weeks because apparently I’m having my best time thanks to the guys.
I had stayed in two nearby hotels before, just 10 meters away, but the experience was completely different. Now I’ve finally found my favorite hotel in Alanya.
The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay, also a great location, an amazing view, and wonderful people who always go out of their way to make sure you're having a good time. When they ask me 'How are you?', I always say 'Perfect, Thank You', and I really mean it - I'm doing amazing thanks to them. 10 out of 10 experience

Rrajaa alhadadI really enjoyed my stay, location was very good . Rooms were very clean. The staff were professional and friendly , specially Mrs Yeliz at the reception very helpful and nice girl. The food , beverages and sweet was great. I highly recommend this hotel for adults .
The only bad thing which I will to confirm -only for me- , was they used a cleaning detergent liquid which has a strong smell and I suffered on that as I have asthma but the personal and the housekeepers ( Hadija and Gulaaiy ) took care on my room
vey carefully .. many thanks all .

AAlisa LosThe hotel is located on the territory of a shopping center, the entrance is right next to the chain stores, very convenient and cozy. Breakfast is served in a nice place, you can eat your fill. There were many locals. The room is spacious, everything is new. There are frying pans, dishes, a microwave. I was met by a nice woman, Rosa. There is a bus stop and an outlet nearby.

GGuest UserThis is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, the hotel is very good, the important thing is that it is right by the sea. The beach is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The room is very comfortable and the bed has a comfortable mattress. Everything you need is in the room, a refrigerator and a kettle. Clean and replenish moisture every day. The hotel itself is very clean. The food in the restaurant is very good, including meat, chicken, turkey, and fish. Vegetables and fruits, desserts. Everything is delicious. Drinks from the vending machines can be sold around the clock on the balcony overlooking the sea. There is a beach bar. The hotel has pretty good animations and sometimes live music. The location of the hotel is also good, 1 km from the centre of Alanya. I recommend the hotel.

GGuest UserA very beautiful view opens from the balcony. Two rooms. One is a living room, the other is a bedroom. The design of the rooms is average, a little overwhelming. There is no built-in noise from the window - this is very good. There will be an ascent to the hotel, you will need to constantly go up and down. It is located in the very center of the city. Within walking distance: attractions, coffee shops, restaurants, the sea. The price is 100% consistent with the quality and all the amenities that the hotel offers. In my case, it was even a little cheaper.

Llindsay burrWe stopped here for one night. The pool was great after a long exhausting hot drive but unfortunately there was cat faeces on the fake grass on one side of the pool. When we let the reception know it was cleaned immediately.
The location was great. Not far from the main strip by sea.
I shared a room with my mom and in the whole room there was only 1 out of 3 plug sockets in working order.
The bathroom shower hole was on the other side of glass. Therefore making the whole bathroom floor flooded. There was a hole in the ceiling of bathroom.
The air conditioning works but even on minimum setting was too cold so am thinking it's too big and powerful for the room size.
The shower door literally had no door so water spilled everywhere.
In the breakfast room the stand alone air conditioner was broken which made it unbearabley hot to eat. It would have been nice to eat outside but there was no shade whatsoever.
All the staff were polite and tried to help wherever they could. With a few adjustments and a bit more spending from the owner/manager, this place could be perfect for a decent few days stay.
I would definitely stay here again if these problems were fixed.

GGuest UserЗа свои деньги (100 долларов на пятерых) отлично. Есть 2 небольшие горки в бассейне. Еда на любителя. Есть свой пляж с лежаками и зонтами. Просите номер с окнами во двор, рядом с отелем кафешка, в которой были завывания под бубен до часу ночи! Персонал ничего с этим не может поделать, говорит, что якобы закон позволяет. Но предложили поменять номер

RRasyidi bin yakobI am very satisfied with the excellent service of the hotel staff.they are very helpful and friendly.the hotel is very clean,there is a calm and quiet pool.they provide breakfast,very nice location 20 meters taxi station,100 meters to the beach just across the main road,the hotel has an elevator and a very comfortable lobby room. Not far from the harbor park and a place to ride the cruise. I like the atmosphere of this hotel to be very quiet, especially in the swimming pool they are very clean and calming. I will come back to stay here.

GGuest UserI had a great vacation here but please be aware of the following points beforehand so it won’t spoil yours
1. In ten days my room was cleaned only twice and I had to remind them repeatedly about it.
2. It’s my first time in Turkey so I was really surprised that the staff likes tips so much? You can see their attitude change significantly if you give them tips or not. No one was rude but still it makes you feel like quite unpleasant.
3. Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach were paid, you need to pay 10 euro each day.
4. No free water in a room, you need to buy expensive water in the bar or go to the shop on the other side of the road.
5. No toothpaste or toothbrush, bring your own.
6. The beach is nice but be aware of waves, it depends, we had two days without any waves and seven days with quite stormy sea. It’s not suitable for children in either case because it gets deep right away.
7. Breakfast choices are quite limited, it’s basically only eggs and some pancakes. Dinner depends, sometimes it’s only chicken, sometimes it’s only meat.
8. Bring your earplugs if you go to sleep early. The neighborhood hotel has a loud party from 10 pm to 12 pm.
Anyway I had mainly chosen this hotel is on the first line and I got what I wanted.

GGuest UserFront desk is manned by very friendly staff, who try hard to understand your concern in spite of the language barrier (luckily there is Google). Hotel has good potentiel and is nicely located. There definitely are maintenance issues which can easily be addressed. All in all, I had a good stay in spite of the fact that there is vast room for improvement. Hotel has a great potentiel (especially for those who do not want to go the ”all-inclusive” way).
