"The villa is huge and clean. Suitable for a big families to stay. But it is very far away from the main entrance where the club house and shopping area is. During my stay one of the room's aircon is not functioning."

"Kudos to front desk staff. Manage long check ins with a smiles and good attitudes. Friendly housekeeping and hotel staff. But the down side is that the pillow smells and the blankets are too thick. Air cond temp are set and can't be lowered.
Went there during school holidays so if possibility please avoid holiday season. Too many people. Pool and breakfast area are packed.
Would return if there's a chance. Keep it it with the good work."

"Overall, it was a satisfying stay at this new and beautiful villa, perfect for our big family gathering just 1.5 hours from KL. We enjoyed the pool, the karaoke room, and the fully equipped kitchenette which was great for steamboat.
Some areas for improvement- At check-in, towels, toilet rolls, and rubbish bags were not prepared in the rooms, but the staff provided them promptly after we requested. The pool water could have been cleaner, and it would be more convenient if the bathrooms had hooks for clothing"

"一個高爾夫球場裏面的獨棟別墅，很安靜舒服。
房間設施比較齊全，沒有前台，直接和酒店溝通到房間門口用密碼箱拿鑰匙。
別墅傢俱和圖片還是不相同，內部沒那麼豪華。床品比較乾淨衞生，部分設施缺乏維護，已經出現故障，浴室用得即熱型小廚寶，二樓浴室洗澡無法用水，燒水壺也是壞的。"

The good thing is the hotel is quite clean. However, the family room with 2 queen beds are very small. Very difficult to pray and move around in the room. Asked for extra pillow and blanket. Charged RM20 for blanket cover and RM5 for each pillow. The rate is very expensive for the room size and location. It is cheaper to book directly with the hotel.
There is a row of shops across the road with Speedmart 99, mrDIY, Malay restaurant and Mamak shop. Many termites were at the restaurant when we went for dinner.
Overall, it is a decent hotel but the price for family room is very expensive. The single rooms are much cheaper and worth it.

HH MatthiasA centrally located and newly built hotel. Very pleasant, clean, and cozy interior with comfortable beds and pillows. Great A/C and TV.
Things to improve on: slow check in process (~15 mins), most rooms have no windows, toothbrush not provided.
Apart from these, one of the better hotels in this small town. Worth the money and very comfortable for 2 a night stay.

❌ The extra charge didn't be told earlier (because of upgrading room) that's quite a lots MYR 8 × 2 room × 2 night
❌ Also didn't mention deposit must be pay at the hotel (MYR 100)
❌ Shared toilet & bathroom is quite okay, but most of the time there are smoker in the next bathroom 😭😭
❌ The hotel didn't sound proof.. we can hear person in the next room talking (even in slow and soft talking)
❌ The smoke from another traveller enter my room.. very uncomfortable I'm staying with baby
❌ The mattress was very terrible.. I can feel the touch of metal spring all over my body
