I had a very comfortable stay. The automatic check-in machine was easy to use, and the front desk staff were very friendly. The free breakfast, a Toyoko Inn specialty, had a wide variety of options, which I was very satisfied with. In some cases, I think it would be a good idea to stay in Mikawa Anjo instead of Nagoya.

This time, I had a very pleasant stay. I think there are five reasons for this: 1. The room was clean and beautiful. 2. The affiliated parking lot was right next to the hotel and easy to use. 3. The breakfast was very satisfying. 4. The service from the front desk was very polite and I liked it. 5. I stayed at this hotel while sightseeing in Nagoya city, and the area around Mikawa Anjo Station is not too far from Nagoya city by car, so the location was good for a base for sightseeing. Thank you for those five reasons.

Parking is right next door, which is very convenient. Breakfast is also delicious and I have no complaints. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

來日本出差不管是東京、大阪還是名古屋都已經住慣了東橫inn酒店。但是，這次入住的三和安城東橫inn酒店讓我非常失望！入住當天比較累，辦完手續倒頭就睡了，一直睡到第二天早上九點半，早餐也沒有去吃。上午十點半左右下樓辦理退房，卻被告知要收取1000日元延房費，才想起規定十點必須退房。但是我不能理解的是前台為什麼十點之前不打個電話提醒我一下，不管怎麼説我也算是東橫inn的老會員，過去在東京也碰到過睡過頭的時候，前台接待都會提前15分鐘打個電話來房間提醒我一下。這次入住三和安城東橫inn卻沒有任何提醒，我問前台一個會説中文的服務員為什麼沒有來電提醒退房，對方支支吾吾也沒有給我一下明確的説法。因為要趕時間我付款了1000日元的延房費離開了酒店。但是回過頭來想想，我覺得酒店前台服務不到位，沒有打退房提醒電話導致，如果我當天睡到下午是不是還要收取我一天房費，心裏真的有點不爽，一千日元不是很多，但是作為連鎖名牌酒店這樣服務和這樣的做法，真的有點搶錢的意思了，對日本東橫inn這樣大的連鎖酒店應該也是一個負面影響。希望攜程相關部門給我一個説法！！

非常不錯，很滿意，經濟實惠，出差經常來這個酒店住，交通很方便，以後還會再來，周圍吃的也很多，，，，，，

総合的には良かったです チェックイン機に中国語入力もあるとよいと感じました

周りに飲食店が沢山あるので良かったです。

酒店比較新，有DHC的洗漱用品，還有班車去新安城站，太愛了，下次再出差，還住這裏

館内は清潔感が有り過ごしやすかったです
