It's a nice place, but not the best. The view from the 9th floor was not as expected. The carpet is obviously dirty. but overall it's fine

They have a wonderful hospitality team – you truly feel they are like a family, very well connected. Especially during breakfast, they demonstrate full loyalty and professionalism both in their work and towards the client. A great team indeed, and my special thanks go to Ceren and Ayça. This hotel was by far the best hotel in Ankara and I liked not only the location but also the facilities and services in general

Front desk was good, concierge and butlers were helpful. Generally OK, they live up to the chain’s reputation.

The location of the hotel, the atmosphere and the breakfast are excellent. I often go to Ankara and have stayed in the best hotels but the Sheraton is simply the most beautiful hotel of all!!! The lobby is unique! The view of the hotel from the outside alone speaks for itself!!! The hotel is right next to the city, around the hotel there are various restaurants and cafés of the finest kind!!! Many thanks to Murat Abi at the main entrance who always did my tie in the morning because I couldn't do it, I thought that was very very nice. Unfortunately, the negative thing this time was that our room wasn't cleaned one day even though we asked reception for it, but I think that can happen.

The room is clean and very European style. The breakfast is rich and has many varieties. It is convenient to travel, there are many restaurants around, and the lights at night are also very beautiful. It's just that the English at the front desk is not very good.

The breakfast was bad and lacking in content, unbecoming of such a hotel. At breakfast time, everywhere was dirty.

I stay in different hotels in different cities very often due to my job. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels but Sheraton Ankara is one of the rare hotels that deserves 5 stars, you feel special the moment you first enter the door, the employees are smiling, the system works like a flawless machine, no employee is indifferent to each other. Although it is a hotel of many years, it has not aged yet, if you want to stay in Ankara, definitely put this hotel at the top of your list. Thank you Sharaton Ankara

It was for honeymoon and they have very high quality services. Everything was perfect.

The hotel has a warm reception, spacious rooms and rich breakfast, which is worth it.

The rooms near the elevator always hear intermittent noises, I don't know what they are, light sleepers should avoid elevators. When I went there, there was a DJ playing on the first floor of the German October Festival. If you are jet-lagged, it will be a bit noisy if you go to bed at 7 or 8 o'clock. Overall, it's okay.
