The cleanliness of the hotel room was just so-so, but the toilet in the bathroom (see picture) was absolutely disgusting. Is this really a five-star hotel? I must be in the wrong place. I've stayed at many Hilton properties worldwide, and this experience was truly frustrating.

The location is ok since you can walk anywhere you need or get there by a car. The spa is a great option to relax. Breakfast is pretty good, diverse and some options change every day. Sorry to say, but coffee was 2/5. What I didn’t get was a lack of bath robes (come on, it’s a 5* hotel) and cigarette smell everywhere, even though I stayed in a non-smoking room

Could have better vegan and vegetarian options

The hotel was very noisy, but the service was okay.

The suite we stayed in was quite quiet. Service was excellent, and the food was delicious. Just a note, they do require a deposit.
