"My flight was cancelled, so I booked this hotel at the last minute. The hotel is located on the 4th floor of New Chitose Airport. You can access it via the hotel's black elevator doors in Zone C on the 3rd floor of the International Terminal. It was incredibly convenient to go downstairs for breakfast, check in for my flight, and then return to my room to pack my luggage. A 63-square-meter room is incredibly spacious for Japan! The hotel also has its own onsen. Even though it's just one large communal bath, it was still very comfortable and relaxing. The toiletries were a collaborative product between the hotel and a local Japanese brand; they were very good. I even tried looking for them online but surprisingly couldn't find them for sale. Breakfast was high-quality and plentiful, though there was a queue because it was quite crowded that day – but then again, you have to queue for everything in Japan!"

"The environment is very quiet, the service is very good, and the service is very good. There are Chinese compatriots at the front desk, and communication is also very convenient. The breakfast was very nice. Our family of four chose two portions of each, Japanese and Western, and were very satisfied. There are no other recreational facilities in the hotel except playing in the snow. If you want to experience the cabin, staying in a quiet place for two days is a good choice. It is also relatively close to Chitose Airport, so it is okay for a short stay."
