Great for couples, the shower kind of ****** though

Staff is kind, and the room was clean. This hotel is my favorite hotel in Austin.

Service is average. Sound insulation is poor. Environment is OK.

Well, it's Fairmont. No big problem, but the price/performance ratio is still not high. I won't stay there again.

The lobby of this hotel is luxurious and spacious. The hotel room is also large, the bed is comfortable, and the hygiene is good. It is a hotel that exceeds my expectations. The facilities and services are first-class. Even in China, it is considered a top-notch hotel, let alone in the United States.

I was very disappointed in choosing this hotel this time. The carpet in the room had nails in it. Pricked a hole in the sole of the child's foot.

The software and hardware are both good, but there is a construction site nearby, which affects the landscape.
