However I dont really like its location especially in the night, surrounding is dark and quiet. The front area is more brighten and lively especially facing the Amerin Mall."

The contact number on trip.com was for Izumi Jalan Alor KL, not this specific De Era Hotel. Hence, quite inconvenience for me to call the hotel for late check in. The room not soundproofing can hear other room conversation. The reception not so friendly, pushing for early check out. Overall, clean room and clean bathroom. Good water pressure. Air condition worked just fine. But unstable TV channel connection."
