"Wij verbleven van 6 t/m 11 mei 2026 in dit golfresort en kunnen terugkijken op een geweldige ervaring. Vanaf het moment dat we laat op woensdagavond arriveerden, werden we ontzettend vriendelijk ontvangen door de receptioniste. Na een drankje aan de bar kregen we niet alleen onze kamersleutels, maar ook nog een tasje met wat eten, water en andere lekkernijen — een erg attent gebaar na een late reis. De shuttle service naar de golfbanen was perfect geregeld en maakte het verblijf extra comfortabel. De kamers zijn ruim, netjes en goed ingericht. Een klein aandachtspunt is dat het toilet zich in de doucheruimte bevindt, waardoor de vloer nat wordt tijdens het douchen. Persoonlijk vond ik dat geen groot probleem . Ook zouden toiletrollen praktischer zijn dan de huidige dispenser met losse velletjes papier. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en meer dan voldoende. Het brood was lekker, al blijft Nederlands brood natuurlijk moeilijk te evenaren. Het dinerbuffet bood veel keuze en de gerechten smaakten goed. Een kleine tip voor het hotel zou zijn om kleinere hoeveelheden tegelijk uit te serveren, zodat vlees, vis en andere gerechten nog warmer en verser blijven. Wat dit resort echt bijzonder maakt, is het personeel. Iedereen is ontzettend vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam — daar kunnen veel hotels nog iets van leren. Ook het fine dining restaurant is absoluut een aanrader, met heerlijke gerechten en een fijne sfeer. Daarnaast beschikt het hotel over een wellness en spa; de massages zijn zeker de moeite waard. Kortom: een bijzondere ervaring in Bulgarije, gecombineerd met fantastische golfbanen. Voor ons is dit verblijf absoluut voor herhaling vatbaar! We stayed at this golf resort from May 6th until May 11th, 2026, and overall it was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived late on Wednesday evening, we received a very warm welcome from the receptionist. After enjoying a drink at the bar, we were given our room keys along with a small bag containing snacks, water, and other treats — a very thoughtful gesture after a long journey. The shuttle service to the golf courses was perfectly organized and made our stay even more comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well furnished. One small point of attention is that the toilet is located in the shower area, which means the floor becomes wet while showering. Personally, I did not find this a major issue . Also, regular toilet rolls would be more practical than the current paper dispenser with loose sheets. The breakfast was extensive and more than sufficient. The bread was good, although, of course, it is difficult to match the quality of bread we are used to in the Netherlands. The buffet dinner offered plenty of choice and the dishes were tasty. One small suggestion for the hotel would be to prepare smaller quantities at a time, so the meat, fish, and other dishes remain warmer and fresher. What truly makes this resort special is the staff. "The room was beautiful and spacious. If you want to park your car there, you have to be a little lucky because sometimes the parking lot is full. The beach closest to the hotel is quite small, so I recommend getting up early to get a spot without spending money on a sunbed."

"Don’t be fooled by the name — there is absolutely nothing “elite” about this hotel, and the so-called spa? It wasn’t even working. Everything was out of order. The receptionist couldn’t be bothered to explain anything voluntarily — not the breakfast time, not where anything was, nothing. Things you’d get automatically in any decent hotel around the world, except apparently in this country. No uniform, no name tag, no professionalism whatsoever. The outdoor pool? Disgusting. Covered in a shiny layer of filth. I turned around and walked the other way — fast. The young guy sitting outside, supposedly in charge of parking (or something?) — don’t get me started. A caveman would’ve had better manners. Completely rude and uncivilized. And of course, they removed the bathtub stopper, so you have to go ask for it yourself — just another pathetic attempt to save money at the guest’s expense. In short: this place is a comedy of horrors. A waste of time, money, and patience. Run the other way. Fast."
