The price/performance ratio is not high, especially the wash basin. There is almost no space between the faucet and the countertop. The water splashes when it comes out. The food is not special. The price is high.

The hotel is very secluded. It is my first time to stay in such an open-plan room. The disinfection and sanitation are in place. The one-to-one butler service is also very good. What is even more surprising is the Michelin-level chef in the hotel. Every day we have meals. The most anticipated thing. Disadvantages: The temperature difference between morning and evening returns to moisture, so it is not suitable for inconvenient legs and feet.

When I looked at the pictures, I felt that the decoration of this hotel is very fashionable and new. The scenery is very good and has a first-line sea view. The service was also good. There were staff to help us with our luggage when we went to the airport. The only drawback is that the faucet is too low and the water cup cannot be filled with water.

The beauty is breathtaking. I have traveled to so many countries and places. Soori really impresses me. It is quiet, beautiful volcanic black diamond beach, delicious toast, and there are lovely children on the beach who occasionally come to play and play. Everything is so harmonious.

Quiet and quiet. The service is very good. The address is a bit far from the airport. Invincible.

Living in Alila, compared to Suli will be better. The only disadvantage is that the distance is a bit remote, but there are not many tourists, and the accommodation experience is very good. 重要的事説三遍：海景套房隔音真的很差很差很差，如果睡眠不好，千萬別選！第一個晚上住海景套房，我們一家基本上都沒睡好，海浪聲和打雷一樣，不到凌晨退潮根本沒法睡（我們住過很多海邊酒店，可以肯定的是硬件設計問題）。第二天和酒店交涉，酒店給的方案是調整到園景房但不能退差價，哪有因為酒店設施原因沒休息好調整房間還給降級的道理？我們提出那提前退房，酒店也不同意，把差價折成消費也不同意，衹同意第三天延遲退房。整個給的感覺就是特別死板或者叫傲慢。最後是攜程退了差價才解決。否則這次旅行心情會被搞的一團糟。我們是從安縵搬過來的，到安縵是早上九點多，我們定的房間還沒騰出，安縵還特意安排另外一間別墅給我們休息，對比之下服務差距不是一般大。不過其他方面的服務都非常好，餐廳和客房服務都很好，中文管家也很有耐心。需要特別點讚的是酒店有個獨立在懸崖上的日料和西餐廳，那邊看海浪和日落簡直絕了，服務也特別到位。早上11:30到中午12:30是觀浪最佳時機。

When you find paradise! I can't begin to sing praises to this resort. From the moment we were collected from the airport by our driver, the warmth the team show is genuine. Arriving at the resort and checkin was flawless, and fast, and by the time we go to our villa, our bags were already in our room. The villa's are super modern, and everything you need for your stay. The decor is stunning, and the villa pool is the biggest I have seen. Most are a little pokey, this was a full swim pool. The beach was super quiet and the black sand is out of this world. The service, I could not fault, everyone greets you by your name, anywhere you go in the resort, and makes you feel like you are truly special. The food and restaurant have a great selection of foods, and the chef [BENOIT] runs a great kitchen. I can't say I have ever been to a resort where every single meals was as good as it could be, and fine dining level dishes. The Spa, WOW! we had only one massage and facial and wished we booked treatments on day one as we would have had a treatment daily, but didn't until the second last day. The best message my husband and I have had in our life, and we get one weekly in our home. I mentioned to the team I would like a stop on the way to the cruise terminal for an Ice Matcha and they came back with a planned route to do this, given it would have taken 45 minutes extra in traffic, I didn't want to be a bother, and told the team thanks so much, buts it not a big deal, and lets skip it. On checkout to our surprise they had 2 ready for us to take in the car for our journey back to the terminal. So please do yourself a favour and book this resort, there is absolutely nothing I can fault here, and this should have a higher rating than 5 stars. Its sits with the absolute elite.

Hotel Soori Bali describes itself as "a hidden refuge." I could not agree more. Far from the touristy areas of the island, this hotel provides immediate access to "the real" Bali - to its natural beauty and the authentic lives of its people. At Soori Bali, you will have the opportunity to experience clean beaches, excellent cuisine whose ingredients are locally sourced with the utmost care by chef Benoit, nearby rice fields, and villages where friendly residents welcome outsiders with a smile. And if photography is your interest, you won't be disappointed. It was hard to leave.

I had a lovely time at The Soori. I needed some time to relax and this was the perfect venue. The ocean pool villa was superb, the food great (albeit a bit expensive -- but definitely no more expensive than any hotel of its calibre) and the staff lovely. If I had to find (a small) fault it was sometimes that The hotel team could be a little *too* attentive - for example, during one meal I was approached by 6 different hotel members - all had a reason and all well intentioned - but at times it could be a little daunting. Mainly though, everything was awesome and I missed The Soori when at my next hotel (which was nowhere near as good). Marco and his team should be so proud of this establishment - I have no hesitation in recommending The Soori to my friends and look forward to my next visit!

Just checked out of the most beautiful stay at Soori Bali. This is a truly special piece of earth, with stunningly designed villas and public spaces—but what makes it unforgettable is its people and soul. Bali has no shortage of beautiful hotels, but if you’re looking for an out-of-this-world experience (think volcanic cliffs and a dramatic black sand beach), nothing compares to Soori. From the moment you check in, you feel like you’ve stepped into heaven—welcomed with a delicious drink and a warm smile. The food is exceptional. We enjoyed dinner at Cotta, the Indonesian restaurant, and at Keiyo, the newly opened Japanese teppanyaki counter—both were outstanding. I also loved their sharing-plates breakfast concept, which lets you taste a variety of dishes without the guilt of over-ordering. Congratulations to Mr. Chan for conceptualizing such a beautiful resort. I can’t wait to see what he creates next in Penang and Niseko, and for assembling such a wonderful team. Special thanks to Dian for helping us plan our stay, to Haryono (Front Desk Manager) and Hangki (Resort Manager) for ensuring everything was perfect, and to our butlers Zarafa and Benny for looking after us so well. Already counting the days until I’m back.
