"Staff SUPER friendly, very helpful, even though I had booked 2 small rooms, we were upgraded to a double room with a connecting room for free! That gave us more space and was super practical for us as a family with three children. This was my second time there. I have hardly experienced a hotel with a better bed. The duvet is very pleasant and all the bed linen also seems very comfortable, we even looked for the brand so we could buy it ourselves. I slept very well, the pillow was not too high and not too low like in many other hotels. It was brilliant, especially since you are only 8 minutes from the airport. I can recommend it to anyone who needs a good night's sleep."
"It was a very good trip and the last stop of my stay in Turkey. The hotel is rather old but definitely has a 5 star standard, both in terms of customer service and the details of the rooms, I am very glad I booked this hotel.
I was very happy that the hotel staff arranged a taxi and breakfast and wake-up call for me in advance as I was leaving from Ankara airport early the next morning.
The only thing I was confused about was that the hotel was only 500 metres from the airport, but there was a detour of almost 10 kilometres and the taxi ride to the airport was about 100 lira and took 15 minutes. Everything else is fine.✨

"I was informed that my booking was not paid when I have actually paid in advance through trip.com. The receptionist at that time was not very fluent in english so I had problems communicating. Thankfully they let me check in for the night but they said that I might need to pay during checkout tomorrow.
I was very grateful that my sister was able to connect to the Trip.com customer service at Singapore and was able to resolve this issue. The other receptionist that I met during checkout was more fluent in English and was very helpful with helping us with the issue. I managed to resolve this and was able to enjoy my breakfast with ease"
