Hotels in Bandung Wetan

"We recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel and overall, I truly appreciate the hospitality and facilities provided. However, I would like to share some constructive feedback regarding the pillows in the room. The pillows were too firm and unfortunately affected the quality of sleep during my stay. For a hotel of Pullman’s standard, I believe it would be wonderful to provide guests with a pillow menu or at least a choice between soft, medium, and firm pillows, to cater to different preferences. In addition, the towels felt rather thin and did not reflect the luxurious standard expected of a Pullman property. For a hotel of this caliber, I believe it would be beneficial to provide options for softer pillows as well as thicker, more comfortable towels for guests. I hope this suggestion can help enhance the overall guest experience in the future. Breakfast ok.."

"Hotel with perfect service. points plus - hotel is easy to find - location in the city center - near to Gazibu sports facilities, who like jogging with the best view. - clean and very comfortable to stay. - spacious and clean lobby area, - Playground available for children. - Attractive room design, not boring. - various information is on TV & The TV can mirror if you need it. - Mineral water is provided in large portions, you can also refill it at the dispenser outside the room. - the receptionist is also good, very friendly, upgraded my room. - The security guard is also friendly - I really enjoy the view of Bandung city with rainy weather, so I feel at home in Bandung haha just a little expensive. "Center of town hotel, got so many either food and fashion street market or mall instead within 300m radius for walk and they have staff with good attitude. However, there is neither no staff to bring your luggages or open your main door and they got minimum amenities at bathroom. The restaurant seems looks old and need small renovation. Overall, it's worth for you to find 3 star budget hotel with standard facility and service."

"We stayed one night at King Premium room, room was spacious, very clean with King size bed with 4 pillows, there were a long sofa attached to the window so we could chill drinking coffee while seeing through the city view outside. All staff were beyond friendly & fast responded, especially when we asked for additional towel & blanket, not longer than 10 minutes 👏🏻 The hotel was very strategic, we could reach riau street within walks, there were many cafes, restaurants, street foods & factory outlets. It was a gloomy saturday, so we decided to morning walk until braga street, it was fun since the weather was nice, birds were chirping & many people did morning run & walk. A nice experience, we think we’ll be back stay here again in the future. Thank you for the warmth & friendly welcome courtyard 🙏🏻"

"This is what I call the heart of Bandung! Honestly, this hotel gave me five-star service. I regret not checking in from day one! The room was incredibly spacious and just perfect. The interior design was stunning in my eyes. You have to come here! Although my access card didn’t work a few times, the staff quickly resolved it in under 30 seconds. The breakfast spread had so many options, including a wide variety of fruits. My stomach is so full! I’ll definitely be coming back!"

"Hotel is nice overall. The concept of 24-hour stay is really what attracts guests to stay here. It's conveniently located near a mall, a convenience store across the street, and being close to many restaurants and points of interest. The hotel design is industrial minimalistic with a blend of natural components. Rooms are well organised and equipped. Food is above average, and facilities are decent. The only downside is the limited parking facility which require for valet service, though this is part of the hotel's facility."

"Quiet and small hotel yet felt exclusive and premium despite the 3 star rating. The rooms are well kept and decorated tastefully. Complimentary snacks and mini bar in the room, as well as useful Muslim amenities such as prayer garb, mat and quran provided Dining room was beautifully decorated, plenty of pretty photo opportunities but the food served was average. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times"

"It's a very small setup. The room in reality is not as clean as expected. The bathtub is placed at an area with no curtain. Wall between 2 units is low, so next door may peep over. Toilet is quite dirty. I don't enjoy the room. But the restaurant has nice ambience."
