The smell of the room is not pleasant. We specifically booked the hotel for the pool but turns out it's for a certain room access and it was never mentioned in the app.

The hotel is good to stay. Big room and have privacy . Sadly they didn't provide slipper in the room. The room is clean and the reception is friendly to customer. Easy to get taxi . I will come and stay again if I travel to Thailand next time . It reasonable price .

Bad hotel: 1. Noise: there is a big tennis court beside and annoying from 5am to 11.30pm; there are ceramic tile and you can hear clearly the chair scratching the ground sound from upstairs 2. Dirty: the sheet not clean absolutely and there are red marks on it(attached) 3. Bad customer service: the front desk just ignored your calls all the time 4. Location: far from everywhere. There’s no 711 around  If you want to be angry, come to here

Why is it rated as 4 star when it is worse than budget hotel ? This hotel is terrible for location . Service crew is so super poor . Hotel room no tooth brush no shampoo no shower gel at all. My first time and surely my last time . I will not recommend it to anyone at all !!!!!!

I came back this time with my family and stayed for five days. It was heartwarming to see that some of the hotel staff actually remembered me. They even mentioned the earthquake we went through together during my previous stay. As always, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. When it rained, they even lent us umbrellas — such a thoughtful touch. I’m sure I’ll be coming back again to relax and stay here. Thank you so much!

I've been to several hotels in Bangkok with the same price range and this has the best value so far. Clean and great staff. Very quiet area but woken up by eerie sound. I don't believe in ghosts so not a big deal. Far from the city, no slippers, lotion and razor. Not complaining but just a heads up for the other guests. Will recommend.

Really grateful for the kind staff and yummy breakfast. Excellent place for the price. The breakfast staff and people on the reception and the people opening the door were so kind and sweet they made my stay. Thank you everyone.

The hotel is really good with cheap price compare to other hotel in the same rating, staff are friendly and helpful. There's also coin laundry available on 2nd floor. The Balcony view is perfect. But elevator is a bit old.

The property is next to the mall that only opens on the ground floor of the supermarket. Amenities include towel, soap, shampoo, hair cap, cuttonbud and hair dryer. But the area inside the room is quite old because it is a long-open hotel. There is a parking lot under the building. The deposit for the key card is THB 1,000. Cash only. Please make sure to go. If you don't have to go, you can't check in. Receptionist and bellboy are very welcoming. Most of the guests are foreign. It's going to be very loud, not to be considerate of others. We also have breakfast, but we don't get it. If you get more in the app, we will get 250 baht each. Overall, with a small noise rating, towels have a musty old smell, refrigerators are noisy, the balcony is wide but dirty, like not cleaning. There's a ooze of pigeons. The ground is rough and dusty.
