If you don’t mind a 10-15 minute walk to metro, or the old building (mold growing) this hotel is ok. There is mold in the bathrooms. They could clean the ceilings and balconies but obvious they never do. Shower only gets slightly warm. But you get what you pay for. If you want a budget hotel and can deal with the imperfections this place is ok.

A perfect spot for travelers who value comfort, convenience, and thoughtful details. The location is ideal — walking distance to local cafes, public transport, and great places to explore or shoot content. Super practical if you’re on a short stay or like to stay active in the city. Free drinking water available anytime, fresh coffee in the lobby and free laundry with washers and dryers.

Super clean, close to MRT and 7-elevens. Very friendly staff and I loved the fact that they provided so many coffee, creamer, and tea pods.

The hotel was spacious especially the bed. It is clean too. The staffs ae also easy to transact with. I just hope that there are some more amenities like hair dryers and hangers. I still had a good stay. The price is very reasonable too. I will definitely be back here again soon. Thankyou

Very nice. But also noisy because close to buisy street. Free coffee and drinkingwater unlimited.

The hotel staff were friendly and didn’t even ask for a deposit. Check in and checkout was super fast and easy. Location was very good. Lots of food , coffee shopping and mrt and bts within a few minutes walk. The room decoration was old style but very clean and comfortable with hot water in shower also. The hotel was also quiet. I was pleased with my stay here. If you need a cheap place to sleep with comfortable bed , hot water and close to lots of stuff you can’t go wrong staying here.

Helpful and friendly staff. Hotel’s location is great. Necessary amenities for a budget hotel and price performance ratio is good. Walkable distance to Lumphini MRT station. There’s no elevator at the hotel so reaching to the higher floors are a bit difficult. Good stay and is recommended

Good enough for a solo traveler on budget. Minimum yet comfortable. No elevator makes it hard to reach higher floor with heavy luggage.

Relatively old-style hotels, many designs are very simple

A practical location, spacious room, clean; I didn’t use it but the hotel has a parking lot for guests which is cool. Overall fine for my short stay. Note: no elevator (I didn’t but survived).

This is a wonderful hotel for a piece of mind chasing for not crowded but convenient location ( few minutes walk on foot distance to both MRT & a huge brand new combined Department Stores), though not having any lifts/elevators, the price is just fair enough with two-bed rooms equipping with a hair dryer also, clean and tidy, very friendly manner workers, plus offering you free coffee & own-made cookies which made me a pleasant stay for two nights here, and if possible, I’ll choose it again for my next time accommodation for either a family, business or combination trip here!
