The hotel is quite big, ok for solo or couple, the location is quite ok thete a lot of pub downstairs but far from night market and malls

Great location and easy check in, check out. However, it is neglected and cleanliness of rooms is not great. If you’re a solo traveller on a budget that only needs a place to sleep this will do. Couples or those seeking more hotel comforts are better off spending that bit extra for elsewhere.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The property is clearly not well-maintained, and it showed from the moment I entered my room.
The room had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to stay in.
Most concerning was the presence of multiple cockroaches in the room. I spotted them near the bed, which was absolutely unacceptable and made me question the overall cleanliness of the facility.
For the price paid, I expected basic standards of hygiene and maintenance. Unfortunately, this hotel failed to meet even minimal expectations. I cannot recommend this property to other travelers and would suggest looking elsewhere for accommodation.

Very disappointed with the reception. The new staff were rude and unfriendly, not like the team from last year. If they can’t speak nicely to paying guests, they shouldn’t work at the front desk.

This hotel is suitable for short stay.. not suitable for tourist or with family.. don’t ever waste your time to book this hotel if you are looking for comfort.

Not good service furniture and bedsheets all the stuff was to old just water pressure cold and hot water good experience second day they even not change the bedsheets I don’t like

I was impressed by the efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel. They allowed us to check in early, at about 10 am. Their customer service is also commendable.

The electric plug was very far from the bed and I think need to check the bed because it’s too old

I get price 9thb from trip.com, check in proses very fast!! Room standart and not to clean but comfort for stayy because i feel the room old interior, my room have shower & aminities towel, soap & shampo the bar have cooler, kettle coffe tea and TV Thai media.. Overall very happy join to Le Fenix
