Amazing
GGuest UserThis is a very nice resort. The interior is very clean and large. Bed is comfortable and toilet is good with jacuzzi. You will see kangaroos and cockatoos outside the cottage in the morning and evening. My kids enjoy the stay very much. However you need to either cook your own meals or drive out to eat. The drive is about 15 mins.

TTaninaz1. The remark of parking charge is unclear in trip.com. A little bit disappointed when the reception said that we have to pay. 2. The tab water has a chlorine smell somehow. Not that good to drink directly. 3. Good location, nice room, very clean, good service on site.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is a bit old, but its location is a big plus – super convenient for shopping! The bed was comfy and soft, and the in-room facilities were well-equipped. No one offered to help with luggage, and the hotel has two entrances, but the staff didn't tell me which one was easier for catching a ride. When I came back by taxi, they didn't open the door for me, but when my friends dropped me off, they were very enthusiastic, opened the car door, and greeted us!

RRovelynWe had a fantastic two-night stay at Lancemore Crossley St. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to everything. The room was modern, comfortable, and super clean. We loved the attention to detail, and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was relaxed yet chic. Highly recommend if you're looking for a stylish and convenient spot in Melbourne!

Mmatieyan1967This has to be the best airport hotel I've ever stayed in. It's just a few minutes' walk to T4d or T3 terminals. The front desk is staffed 24/7, the rooms are spacious, well-equipped, comfortable, and soundproofed. We stayed on the ninth floor and the sunrise was beautiful. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe hotel rooms are just a row of simple ground-floor units, incredibly small. There's barely enough space to move once you put down a suitcase. The room amenities are very basic and poor quality, yet it cost nearly 800 yuan. The front desk service was even worse; they told us that our two-person reservation was only for one person and tried to make us pay for an upgrade. I told them I booked a double room, and for the upgrade price, I could stay at the Holiday Inn at the airport. Plus, the taxi ride here was quite expensive. I also thought the shuttle bus was available anytime, but it turns out it only runs every half hour, and now I have to wake up early tomorrow morning. I truly regret booking this hotel. It's expensive, unhelpful, and inconvenient.

AAnonymous UserAn absolutely terrible experience, the service is practically non-existent. I wouldn't recommend staying here. At 8 AM, I discovered the hairdryer in my room was broken. With wet hair, I couldn't leave. I immediately called the front desk, and they said they'd ”arrange for a new one to be sent right away.” After waiting 20 minutes with no one showing up, I called again at 8:20 AM. The front desk once more said they'd ”follow up.” By 8:30 AM, on my third call, it was still just ”Okay, okay.” I couldn't wait any longer and had to go down to the front desk with my hair still soaking wet. Upon arriving at the front desk, it seemed like only one person was working in the entire hotel. This staff member was simultaneously checking out guests and rushing to the storage room to find a hairdryer for me. Throughout the entire process, there was no one to assist, no one to coordinate, and no one offered an apology. That whole morning, apart from the front desk being this 'isolated island,' I felt no presence from any other department. It wasn't until 9 AM that I finally got a hairdryer. This wasted a whole hour of my time, just waiting around, when I could have left much earlier. During my four-day stay, the only staff I ever saw were at the front desk and in the breakfast restaurant. As for other departments? They were nowhere to be seen. If a hotel can't even guarantee basic room service, what's the point of staying? I do not recommend it.

JJason的旅遊頻道The hotel website stated parking was $35, but it actually cost $40. Self-parking involved driving our own car to the adjacent parking lot, and valet parking was $95. The hotel's location was very convenient for transport, and the unique breakfast was a definite highlight. However, despite requesting a high-floor, street-view room away from the elevators, we were assigned a room right by the elevators with only a limited street view, which somewhat diminished the five-star experience. There was no in-room washing machine, and we had to send out laundry at an extra cost, which was quite inconvenient. I only booked this hotel because I wanted to experience a five-star property; however, despite its five-star rating, it just felt like something was missing.

GGuest UserDefinitely not the best hostel I've been too but not the worst either. However I wouldn't recommend as a female guest. First, they take a photo of you upon check in. I don't know if this is customary in Australia but if it was up to me I wouldnt be willing to provide it (it is stated on trip.com upon booking though, I guess I just missed it). Second... I'm not making any claims here but inside the female bathrooms, there are tiny holes on the walls and doors. They could totally be harmless, but as someone living in Korea where those holes in public bathrooms mean something harmful to women... I wouldn't risk staying at such a place ever again now that I know. Now for the facility review... There was 1 working bathroom with 2 toilets & 2 shower booths on my floor, but it probably wasnt too crowded, I never had to wait to shower. Hot water came out just fine. Would give a 7/10 for cleanliness... There were 2 hair dryers only 1 of which was working. The location is very good, walking distance to all CBD landmarks (very near South Cross Station & tram station right outside the door). Which also means that it gets noisy at night with the noise from the train running. You can either close the window (which I heard is very heavy) and live with the stuffy smell, or leave the window open and live with the noise. Cant do both. Amenities... what do I say? I got a key to enter the room & the bathroom. The beds werent numbered so you just get your room number and hop on whichever bed that seemed... fresh. A bed with a blanket, pillow, and curtain for privacy. That was all. They did provide free towels when I asked later. Inside the shared bathroom, there was 1 gel provided inside the shower booth, not sure if it was shower gel or shampoo... I do believe there is plenty room for improvement. Starting from the holes in the shower booths..

GGuest UserThe hotel is geared towards sustainability, which I love. There is a shared fridge, and pantry where you can store and reheat the food you buy outside. One downside though is that the water is only available at the pantry which means, you always need to go down to Level 2 to grab some water. The room was small but clean. Location-wise, it’s very ideal - there are many restaurants, cafes and convenience store nearby! It is near Victoria Market too!
