Great hotel overall - great location close to the wharf and casino, great room deco (brand new, super clean, and spacious). If I had to be picky, only flaw is the lift is too slow (waiting time) and closes door very fast!

Small but beautiful hotel, good breakfast

Hotel Arts Barcelona lobby had great service. The spa and sauna had an extra charge of 40 euro not worthy. The hotel was nice but over priced.

Great ocean view from our room. The 2-start Michelin restaurant inside the hotel was delicious and worth a try. However the pool was closed during winter. Come in summer if you’d like to enjoy the infinity pool!

The room layout was weird. Check-in was delayed until after 4 o'clock. They said the room was not cleaned. There was no discrimination because white men were also standing at the front desk waiting for the room. After checking in, the facilities were incomplete and there was no water. The hotel staff was friendly, but their intelligence was worrying. The breakfast was also terrible.

Overall, I won't stay here next time. It's next to the casino, and there are parties nearby at night. Although it's Marriott Ritz, the overall service doesn't feel sincere. The front desk is very picky. The only thing I can recommend is the good breakfast. Facilities: It's relatively new, and the room area is quite large in Europe.. The window is blocked by structural steel frames... Hygiene: Don't expect any meticulous service in Spain Service: When you don't feel sincere, it's pretty good

Very good hotel, the service staff are very nice. Breakfast can be ordered or buffet. The Michelin restaurant Paco Perez on the first floor is worth a try. The hotel is very close to the beach, and the surrounding restaurants are very convenient. The Sagrada Familia can also be reached on foot, about 3 kilometers.

The 11th floor where I stayed was newly renovated. Although it has a new decoration smell, the view is very good. There are automatic curtains, and the Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom has not been used. I don't know if it's because of the season, there are many pigeons in the hotel swimming pool🕊️

The room was clean and tidy. The location was good. Someone would help call a taxi and there was a wake-up service. We noted that it was our anniversary and they decorated the room for us, put a small cake and champagne in it.

The hotel is fantastic, very nice staff, it was close to the beach, the food tasted really good and the rooms were really clean.

Hotel Arts Barcelona is an independent brand operated by Ritz-Carlton. Everything feels brand new. It is right next to Barcelona Beach. The scenery is very good. The rooms are large and the hotel staff are very welcoming.

The hotel is by the sea, and the resort nature is obvious. The overall environment is good, the facilities are OK, the sanitary conditions are OK, and the service is satisfactory. Overall, it is a satisfactory trip.
