Unless you're absolutely desperate to catch an early train, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. First off, the facilities and amenities are definitely not up to five-star standards. The rooms are poorly equipped, and the hygiene is frankly unacceptable. I particularly want to complain about their towels and bedding – they made my skin incredibly itchy, keeping me awake all night. Even stranger, the sheets periodically smelled of smoke, making a full night's sleep impossible. The soundproofing is also terrible; because of its proximity to the train station, you can hear all the station announcements clearly. The only upside is its closeness to the train station, but for such a high price, the value for money is incredibly poor. So, unless you truly have no other choice due to your train schedule, I genuinely do not recommend this place! See pictures for details!

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel's proximity to the train station was a huge advantage for me, especially since I was short on time. It only took a few minutes to get from the hotel to the train station's security check and onto the platform – incredibly convenient! A special highlight was the wireless charger. I had forgotten my charging cable in my rush to pack, and that evening, I was wondering whether to borrow a power bank or ask the front desk for a cable. To my pleasant surprise, there was a wireless charger right on the bedside table! It was a real lifesaver and truly excellent. Many thanks to the hotel for assigning me a high-floor room as well.

The hotel's location right next to Wuxi Station is incredibly convenient. Upon check-in, the friendly front desk staff upgraded us to a suite. The suite was incredibly spacious with very new facilities. They thoughtfully provided children's toiletries, and a particularly nice touch was the specially designed lower sink at the vanity, making it very kid-friendly. The hotel boasts a gym and swimming pool, and our little one absolutely loved splashing around in the pool. Breakfast offered a great variety of options. Even though it's right by the high-speed rail station, we didn't hear any noise. Our Ctrip package also included a complimentary double ticket for an Ancient Grand Canal boat tour. We chose the night tour, and it was a truly memorable experience.

The facilities are well-equipped, quite new, and felt spotlessly clean. The service was excellent; the staff member at check-in was very professional. They even proactively asked if we were traveling with children and offered a complimentary upgrade to a family room, subject to availability. The breakfast spread was generous and tasted great. The location cant be beat, the facilities were excellent and all the staff were very friendly! Carrie at the front desk was especially helpful in answering all my questions about the hotel and the local area. I recommend this holiday Inn to anyone spending a few days in Wuxi.

I visit Lingshan every year. This time, I didn't drive, and taking the high-speed train was very convenient. I chose to stay at the Holiday Inn primarily for its location at the high-speed train station, and it certainly delivered on that convenience. However, with convenience often come drawbacks. During check-in, I specifically requested a quiet-facing room, but I was still given a room facing the platform. The constant 'ding-dong' noise from the platform was incredibly loud all day and night, and I barely managed a few hours of sleep at night. The package I booked included breakfast and a casual buffet. The food was mediocre, and the quality was quite poor; some dishes were so tough they were inedible. This truly doesn't live up to the InterContinental brand. I will not be staying at this hotel again in the future.

We arrive early and the hotel is very good allow us early check in. The room is big and bright and nice. The stay is very comfortable. The location is very convenient, beside the high speed railway.
