The window glass is broken while at 1st check-in date, which was reported to service counter in due course. However, plenty of restaurants are nearby that it is very easy to get the food

Excellent location, close to train and metro station. Air con was not working effectively, apartment was a bit hot. No room service provided, but it’s fine for us. Not enough toilet paper, have to pay for extra.

The front desk staff had an appalling service attitude. We had booked a two-bedroom apartment but were assigned a unit with one large room (1.5m bed), one very small room (1m bed), and an extra spring mattress by the living room sofa. This was completely different from what we reserved. When we addressed this with the front desk, they claimed it was too late to switch and no other rooms were available, offering to move us only the next day. This caused significant inconvenience, as we would have to pack our belongings, store them, and then go out for the day before getting into our correct room. Fortunately, they eventually moved us to the room type we booked; the smaller room, as specified in our booking, should have had two 1.2-meter beds. It seemed clear that if we hadn't persistently followed up, they would have simply ignored the mistake. The hotel has a good location, but the service is poor, facilities are average, and it provides low value for money.

Stayed here second time. Location is good . 5 mins walk from Barcelona Sants main railway station and Palace De Sants Metro. Lots of restaurants (including Halal ones) opposite the road. Staff were friendly and helpful.  Note: no washing machine. No coffee capsule no tea bags no sugar no salt no drinking water provided.. that’s disappointing.

The lady at the front desk during check-in was incredibly nice and friendly. The room was quite spacious. I picked this hotel for its convenience to the train station. The AC was very powerful. The shower facilities could definitely use an update, but overall it was a good stay.

We choose this accommodation, 2 rooms apartment because of the location which is very near to the Barcelona Sants station as we need to board early morning train. There is also metro station nearby. We arrive early in the morning before the check in time, we we allowed to left our luggage before check in and refreshed ourselves there.

4 mins walk from Train station, great location. Rooms are not as described and the room pictures are not as shown. Booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 4 people, as the booking details said including 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed. However, we'd received a room that was missing 1 single bed, it ended up one of us needed to sleep in the living room on the sofa bed, which is not my initial idea when making this booking, we don't want to sleep in the living room!  As we talked to the receptionist, it was very disappointed that they were not able to make another arrangement for us!  Honestly, I would have booked the 3 bedroom apartment because we don't want to sleep in the living room or on a sofa bed. Due to the incorrect room pictures, booking information and inappropriate arrangements makes this an unsatisfied stay. 

Convenient location with plenty of dining options nearby.

Excellent location, very close to both the train and metro stations. The place was clean and spacious, but the only drawback was the intermittent power supply.

Very bad service and the room smells really bad, although they change another room but the smell is also really bad. Strongly not recommend this hotel, they even ask you to pay more for the city tax. Absolutely ridiculous, and trip.com app can’t help us to cancel the booking. Very uncomfortable and irrational experience. 千萬不要住這間爛飯店，味道很臭 還有毒品的味道，原本在app上面顯示跟到了現場櫃檯的價格不一樣，他們會多要求200歐元的押金（他們沒有在平台上說會收費），然後跟你多收更多的城市稅。態度非常差 千萬不要來踩雷，當天晚上我們就離開去別的飯店了，但他們不退錢！

Very functional apartments, perfectly located, and spotlessly clean.

The location was perfect for my trip - very close to Barcelona Sants. I arrived just past midnight and receptionist was very welcoming and efficient. The room was modern, spacious and clean. I will definitely be booking again.

Nice and fancy room. Clean and furnished. Hope coffee capsules are available in the coffeemaker like in our air BnB in Milan 😁. Staff are great and cool. Recommendable 👍👍👍🫶🫶🫶

Close to the train station and not too far away from the city center. The service is nice but the WiFi is really weak
