Unfortunately, we haven't been able to get into the Kolos Hotel for a long time. This year, we were able to. Everything was wonderful, from the rooms to the food in the cafe. The staff was very responsive and caring. Everything was very calm and cozy, and the proximity to the sports facility (the swimming pool) was also a big plus! Its convenient location in the city center attracts both tourists and business travelers! The architect clearly got it right! You're greeted from the very first step by friendly, attractive, and polite, competent specialists: manager Alexandra, administrators Anna, Diana, and Lyudmila! The paperwork was clear and efficient! The Struktura Bar and Beauty Salon is located on the ground floor. At the Bar, you could sample hearty portions of homemade dumplings, delicious, aromatic borscht, drink a cup of high-quality Americano with dessert, or ask the bartender to brew you some premium tea! Currently, there's no certainty that all of this has remained at the proper level, as five specialists, whom guests spoke warmly about, left the hotel between December 2025 and February 2026. Everything has changed, and everyone... has been replaced! I wish the hotel adequacy and an understanding of the value of human resources, as the hotel was famous for its high-quality and friendly service!!!
