"The room is very small. The triple room we booked is a simple bed added to the double room, which is very crowded. The facilities are simple and there is nothing worthy of praise. The most irritating thing is that I agreed to park for free, but after half a month, I received a ticket for illegal parking for 11 hours, and I was fined 100 pounds. In addition, the car rental company also charged a 40-pound "management fee" for violations. Upon complaint, the £100 fine was waived, but the £40 "administration fee" was non-refundable. anger!"

"In all respects, the usual comfortable stay. However, for the second time in three weeks, getting breakfast on one of the three mornings was impossible. The young lady on duty this morning had 5 people in at 6.30 all waiting to order their cooked food but was too busy on her mobile phone. I complained to the reception staff the last time but if anything was said, it seems to have had no effect."

"Staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Room however was very shabby with a 'repaired' kick damaged door, shabby decor including rusting metal lamps and switches, rotting bathroom skirt ingredients boards and an overall smell of damp. The toilet, bed and bath were all clean but everything else worn out completely. No ventilation other than a desk fan. Temperature in room was 30c. Breakfast was the highlight with plant staff and food although decor again badly needed updating. Full refurb of all facilities is well overdue. Price cannot be justified unless this happens soon."
