"I was so disappointed with our stay for many reasons. Our room was really dirty. Everything about it felt icky from the filthy stinking lounge to the dirty skirting boards, the hair in the shower/bath tub and the dirty toilet walls. Then we get to sleeping in the main bed - My partner and I both sunk down to the middle and ended up with sore backs after night 1….. day 2 we took our kids for a swim in the pool only to find a dog had pooed on the edge of the pool. Staff were advised and swept up the dog poo (didn’t really clean it properly). The other kids who were playing in the pool then tried to bring their dog back into the pool area. We had to tell them to get the dog out. I definitely won’t be going back."

"Would have been good if this had been cleaned properly before I checked in. There was a long black hair I found in my bed. The pillows smelt sweaty and dank. Annoying there are no staff on site. Also annoying how far this is from the main part of Batemans. We booked thinking it was much closer. We won't be back...very disappointing for the price"
