"I was so disappointed with our stay for many reasons. Our room was really dirty. Everything about it felt icky from the filthy stinking lounge to the dirty skirting boards, the hair in the shower/bath tub and the dirty toilet walls. Then we get to sleeping in the main bed - My partner and I both sunk down to the middle and ended up with sore backs after night 1….. day 2 we took our kids for a swim in the pool only to find a dog had pooed on the edge of the pool. Staff were advised and swept up the dog poo (didn’t really clean it properly). The other kids who were playing in the pool then tried to bring their dog back into the pool area. We had to tell them to get the dog out. I definitely won’t be going back."

"Looks flash but on closer inspection it was a bit grubby..a spoon that had food remnants and there was hair on shower floor. Also, how are you meant to keep the bathroom floor from getting wet when there is nothing to stop the water from spraying out all over the floor? The water even made it's way out to the living area. They could also do with some block out shades or something. Even with the curtains closed fully, there was quite a bit of light getting through...so BEWARE those wanting a sleep in...or bring your eye mask. Very over rated and over priced. Much better options around"
