"The room was a very standard container room; the facilities were fine, except the shower room was a bit small and you could easily bump into it when turning around. Aside from that, the service was terrible. The front desk closed early, at 5:30 PM, and latecomers needed a password to get the key. There was no prior notification about this, only the front desk's opening hours. When I called, they said the password had been sent to the email address I provided, but the email address seemed to be a Ctrip partner's, as I didn't receive it. After a lot of communication, I ended up having to call myself and wait a long time to verify my check-in information before they gave me the password. Secondly, the next morning, a staff member came to open the door before 9 AM. Because there were two doors, when they opened the first door, I asked what was wrong, and the staff member just said "sorry" and left, which was very unsettling. I contacted Ctrip, and they said the hotel claimed they came to clean after the check-out time, but the actual check-out time was 10 AM, and they opened the door at 9 AM. The hotel insisted there was no problem."

It is consistent with the description online. I am very satisfied. There is a supermarket within a few minutes' drive."

"Nice motel, perfect location in main street, close to restaurants, cafes,pubs and shops. Easy direct phone booking and pleasant reception from Jess when checking in. Very clean reasonably sized double room , great shower. Good value with included light breakfast. Only downside was group of workers having party in front of their units. Loud music and bad language not appropriate for a motel."
