"This was my first time staying here. Overall, everything was satisfactory. My only suggestion would be about the children's playground. It would be much better if it were mopped daily, and the slides and playhouses wiped down regularly. My child played there and got completely dirty – their feet were all black! 🙈🙈 I had to give them a bath immediately upon returning to the room. 🙈 Additionally, it would be great if they could add more types of toys, perhaps a ball pit or similar. While there were plenty of chairs and tables for children, there were no drawing papers or colored pencils available. That's just my main feedback. Everything else was perfectly fine. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was excellent. Thank you, Golden Tulip! 🥳👌"
"Really enjoyed staying here..
especially bringing the kids, they were all happy because the hotel was so comfortable…
I wouldn't hesitate to stay here 😍"
"attractive place to stay accommodation that complies with sharia principles. The atmosphere is calm, the facilities are complete. It's a shame when it rains heavily"
"Strategic location, behind lippo plaza batu, walk to alun2 batu 20 minutes. Family type room is spacious, can accommodate 5 people, there is a long sofa. There is a communal kitchen, musholla for all guests. The price is very affordable. Thank you Wukir"
"Strategic location near the transportation museum. Clean rooms, cold air conditioning, good view. There is a sky cafe, you can go squinted while looking at the view of the stone city. It's cool anyway. Ample car parking"

"Good friendly service, happy to get free selecta tour... But the lacking hotel facilities on the trip and at the hotel why are they a bit different? There should be 3 beds, but there are only 2 singles... Finally had to add another bed and more costs. Please be able to synchronize between what appears in the application and what is actually at the hotel, it should be the same."

Amazing
AAnonymous UserBooked for my friend, she brings her husband and her daughter.
Her daughter very sureprised with their hospitality, every staff are welcome and give their big smile.
The pool and jacuzy was so good, the room quite comfort but she said the breakfast should be improve for the taste.
HHacimiHotel place is strategic near alun-alun and cross the factory outlet and mall lippo.
Near hotel, you can easy find the pedagang kaki lima, restaurant and kiosk for finding meals like pecel, soto and gorengan for breakfast and nasj goreng, ayam telur, mie ayam etc for dinner
For present snack gift, you will get to toko oleh-oleh paradise and ken dedes, and also near kripik apple and nangka home factory with brand LEO at place gang kripik
DDwi QuoinexThe rooms are clean and comfortable,Complete facilities. The strategic location is close to various tourist attractions such as Jatim Park, Angkut Museum, and water tourism.
FFHOODSHIPVery friendly staff. Rooms bit on the small side despite my booking a family room. Breakfast buffet is ok, more street food style. Good location, close to the big attractions.
GGuest UserThe hotel location is strategic, the hotel is clean and the breakfast menu has many choices. The view from the room is also good, directly overlooking the mountain
PPAGA TRI BARATA, Ph.dIf you're looking for a cozy and romantic escape, this hotel is a fantastic choice for couples. I decided to upgrade my room for a mountain view, and it was absolutely worth it. Waking up to the breathtaking sight of not just one but two mountains was an unforgettable experience.
The cold weather added to the charm, especially when it drizzled lightly, creating a peaceful, gloomy atmosphere. Sitting on the balcony with a warm cup of coffee (or even ice coffee for a refreshing twist) while watching people swim below was incredibly relaxing. The twinkling lights from the locals’ homes in the distance made the view even more magical at night.
As for the hotel itself, there's nothing to worry about. It’s clean, comfortable, and surprisingly affordable. If you're looking for a budget-friendly yet romantic stay with a stunning view, this place is definitely worth considering.
WworldwidewhatLocation seems ok the front of the hotel and public areas are almost spotless rooms on 2nd floor dua lantai have small balcony with 2 seats and a table 😀 great the room we booked had ac hot and cold water small tv connected to satellite the ac was not that good and actually heated the room regardless what setting i put it 16c cool the shower head was blocked so didn't work i reported both the problems to front desk the actually fixed it so that was good the staff can speak English. As for going bed me and my mrs notice ants emerging from near bathroom area and under the bed this episode was odd lasted 2 hours then restarted again about 7am we had no food in the room seems to happen after use of the bathroom shower as we was here for 1 night it was pointless complaining my advice always bring a can of bygon with you to low cost hotels warning they don't have elevator in the hotel so not a good idea for older people or disabled they have a nice pool area .in your room no fridge as for the tv set up you have start it up yourself saving grace is that they have wifi 😀 .the breakfast was ok glasses was very small like mouth wash cup smsll 4 of those glasses make a small decent glass of juice
WWiraGood place to have a vacation. Good japanese vibe on cottage and private onsen. Friendly hotel staff, good quality and taste on Fushimi Restaurant.
Really like Ryokan design that resembles japanese Ryokan, all the wooden material gives good vibes.
Private onsen also really good, after not-so-long journey from Surabaya, you can soak in mountain hot water with good temperature (not to hot also not to cold) whilst enjoying night view from Ryoukan.
For anyone who will spend a vacation in here, don't forget to bring Bug/Mosquito repellent and bring some mineral water bottle because you can only have 1 time mineral bottle refill.
TThe YearsIt's really worth it for the kids.. You don't need to go anywhere, it's complete.. If you're looking for something to make the kids happy here.. The only input is, the room can be rejuvenated again..
Overall satisfied.
GGuest UserIt's quite interesting, especially since there's a free dinner during New Year...
It's just that maybe you need to get an elevator, it's not bad if you have to go back and forth from rooms on the 3rd floor...
The place for breakfast should also be updated, because it looks shabby and limited especially if it's used for a place where you've just finished swimming so it's all wet...
It took quite a long time to check in, maybe because it was the New Year holidays...
************* got the main prize in the new year's drawing,, 🙏
