The breakfast buffet was impressive, with an array of both Indonesian and Western options, all fresh and delicious. The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, always ready with a smile and eager to help with any request. The location is ideal for exploring Batu’s attractions, like Jatim Park and Batu Night Spectacular, all within a short drive. It seems like the hotel owner has not invested in maintaining this hotel. The room condition is very outdated. Furniture is repaired haphazardly, broken glass is taped. The bathroom mat is very dirty and outdated. The bathroom glass is heavily encrusted, the sink lining is badly damaged, the walls, floors and tables are made of marble in a very outdated condition, brown and black in color. Very disgusting breakfast choices are limited. lots of flies in the restaurant"
