"Beyond expectation.
This hotel is so good and clean!! The service is top notch, breakfast is not bad, people is friendly. They even have welcome drink, snack in the hotel room that serve for free! This is my second time. Still my favourite hotel in batu pahat."
"Checked into Pinetree Hotel in Batu Pahat on my birthday. Reception staff was quick to notice my birthday on my passport & wished me happy birthday. Though no freebies given, it was still a nice gesture. 😁 The stay was value for money. Room was spacious & clean, except the water in the shower seemed to flow too slow, suspect there's some clog. It's a bit further away from old town where most popular local eats are, so we always had to book Grab to get there."
"The service was good. The room is clean too. Their Serindit restaurant's food were tasty and affordable price too. There is no doubt that I will repeat my stay here."
"1. The room is clean and organised.
2. Front desk service fast.
3. The swimming pool is the best. During my stay, not much people are here .
Overall, we love and like it."
"The room was not too bad for the price. The location is great, just 2 minutes walk from the bus terminal. But, the cleanliness could be improved as the room was dusty, especially the curtains."
"I couldn't accept the fact that I saw this scene when I walked in, and I lived near the staff lounge, I heard the employees talking and laughing in the morning. I stayed here for more than 5 times, and the experience became worse and worse. I will try other hotels next time."
"I will praise the hotel room cleanliness, but the hotel upper floor corridor carpets & lighting shall do something as not very clean n bright.
Also, hotel room pillow shall upgrade better quality as currently not really comfortable.
Portable water heater shall improve too.
Disposable slippers shall improve too."

Good
WWaiDefinitely better than my first stay at another hotel in BP. At least the wifi was good. Room clean and spacious. Front counter staff more friendly than the first hotel. Equally as near to well-known BP eateries and the bus station. Would come back to stay here next time !
BBayla VeredMy recent stay at this hotel left a positive impression overall, especially when it came to the room. Upon entering, I was greeted with a clean, well-kept space that felt welcoming and functional. The decor was simple but modern, with neutral tones and soft lighting that made the room feel calm and cozy.
The bed was a highlight—firm yet comfortable, with crisp linens and ample pillows. I appreciated the blackout curtains, which helped block out city light and noise, ensuring a restful sleep.
GGuest UserIt was quite difficult to find the entrance to the hotel. The outside surrounding is ugly & dirty. The hitelnitself is nice & breakfast was ok. The aweful thing is that there was no minibar & no iron or hair dryer in the room. Its too badic & the bathroom is too snall & the bathroom floor is too slippery. But the service by the staff was excellent!
JJeanneBasic but clean. No lift, so be prepared to carry your luggage up flights of stairs. Bring your own toilet accessories. They provide towels and toilet paper. The room is quite spacious. Aircon works well. Bed is comfortable, pillows are firm. Service staff is friendly and helpful. There are many eateries within a 5-minute drive. Great for a layover.
GGuest UserThe call room to room is not functioning. I complaint about the bes side lamp not funtioning but no technician came to repair.
Bell is not functioning.
The hotel only provide tea beg for two for family room which has 3 occupants. No sugar provided.
For the hot water , you have to take outside from the Coway .
As for the ironinng you have to pay rm0.50 for 1 hour
GGuest UserPoor sound proof. Couldn't sleep whole night due to poor window sound proof. What makes it worst was the bikers and cars around there had modified their exhaust and every of it pass by the noise was very clearly heard. Literally didn't sleep all night
