Good hotel except they got the booking on arrival wrong so house guest and staff vigorously knocked on my door - demanded action- I went to front desk and staff embarrassed - problem fixed - parking fees waived thankyou but…… Aside from this debacle still a good hotel

The room smelled strongly, a kind of body odor that couldn't be dissipated. The hotel staff acknowledged the problem, but refused to change rooms, citing full booking. A thorough cleaning the next day improved things considerably, but the smell was still faint. Given the hotel's star rating, I expected a comfortable and relaxing stay, but the result was truly disappointing. I barely slept the first night and asked for compensation, but the hotel only waived a small portion of the room fee and offered a free drink voucher. "Do we need your drinks?" Such mistreatment of guests truly undermines the quality and image of not only this hotel, but also the German hospitality industry!
