Atlantis The Palm: a true luxury getaway! Stayed here recently and loved every minute. The service was top‑notch — the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms are spacious and stylish, with amazing sea views. Aquaventure Waterpark and The Lost Chambers Aquarium are must‑sees. Great restaurants, lovely beach and pools. A perfect mix of luxury and fun — highly recommend! 🌟

We had a wonderful stay at Waldorf Astoria The Palm. The hotel is beautifully maintained, and the service throughout our visit was exceptional. A special mention goes to the housekeeping team, who kept our room spotless every day with great attention to detail. The room service was prompt, professional, and consistently delivered high-quality meals and service. What truly stood out was the staff. Every team member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help, making us feel valued throughout our stay. The only minor drawback was that the pool is not very large, so it can feel a bit crowded during busy periods. However, this did not take away from the overall experience. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend Waldorf Astoria The Palm to anyone looking for excellent service, immaculate rooms, and warm hospitality.

Convenient location, close to the beach, Dubai Marina, tram stop, and a 24-hour convenience store. Plenty of sunbeds by the pool. The staff by the pool and in the restaurant are responsive. The food selection is varied. Water in the room is replenished daily. Room cleaning is standard.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive, especially Hamad and the manager, Haitham, who kindly upgraded our room and made our stay even more special. From the first impression to the very last moment, everything was perfect. I visited with my children, and they enjoyed every minute of it. The hotel offers fantastic family-friendly activities, including mini golf, horse riding, and a great selection of water activities. The beach was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit everyone. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Absolutely 100% recommended. The hotel is super clean and beautiful, food was great, and most of all - all stuff was so friendly and helpful to the point we became friends and missed each other when we left. Location is perfect, 2 minutes walking from Dubai Marina beach. We are honestly so glad with our stay and we definitely going next time at the same hotel as well.

Overall it was a pleasant stay but please take note of a few observations: 1- Although I booked halfboard, I was informed upon checking in there is a consumption cap of 115 dhs per meal and I will be charged separately for water & beverages! 2- Room service is slow and I had to call twice for the same request at times. 3- The air conditioning of the lobby and the premier lounge is insufficient during daytime. 4- The beach closes at 18:00 while the sunset is past 19:00 On a positive note, I would like to thank Nancy at Priority check-in for being super hospitable & accommodating.

The hotel is beauty and the facilities is great The reception Vilma and someone delivery my luggage so nice. Bfast so great However, my room have something like cockroach and fly and the Japan restaurant tori is bad. Don’t go. I can taste the freeze of the sashimi and little bit fishy.

We booked for one night while passing through. The room was a huge two-room suite. One room had a living area with a mini-kitchen equipped with a fridge, stove, and microwave. There was also a sofa, two armchairs, and a TV area. Everything felt very spacious. There was one toilet with a commode and a sink, and a second bathroom with a bathtub and a commode. The bedroom was also spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with such soft linens that I didn't want to get out of bed. The bathroom had shower gel, shampoo, soap, cotton swabs, and cotton pads, but no disposable toothbrushes or toothpaste. There were also no slippers or bathrobes. In the kitchen, there were two bottles of water, about eight coffee sachets, and just one tea bag… a very odd quantity. There was also disposable sugar. The room had a tobacco smell, as if someone had smoked in it, even though we were asked upon check-in if we preferred a smoking or non-smoking room, and we chose non-smoking. The location is great, just a 5-minute walk from the metro, which was very convenient for getting to the airport as we did. Nearby, there's also the Marina Mall, where you can easily exchange money and grab a bite on the top floor. Plus, there's a supermarket on the first floor. Overall, the Dubai Marina promenade is a nice place for a walk. The room offered a wonderful view. In short, we liked the hotel, but it's not a 5-star experience. It has its drawbacks. For 7500 rubles a night, we expected better conditions. Also, be aware that they charge a 20-dirham tourist tax upon check-in.
