Beach Hotels in Calangute

The hotel is done up to a nice standard. The reception, hallways and pool are lovely. The room was also a nice. We had a few issues with the room itself, the WiFi and the gym. The room had a damp feel to it and some of our things and the bed sheets felt wet a lot of the time.  The gym was not up to date and not in use. We couldn’t even use some of the equipment.  The WiFi did not work. We could not connect and when we did, it was slower than slow. The service was really nice and the staff were very friendly.

A great hotel, perhaps the best in Goa and certainly the best in Calangute. The location is superb, right on the beach, with loungers under palm trees, reminiscent of hotels in the Caribbean or Thailand. It's hard to find another hotel in Goa of this standard. The hotel grounds are abundant with greenery, so you practically don't feel the heat, and you can spot plenty of birds and squirrels. The rooms are clean, cleaned daily (upon request), well-appointed, with daily water, tea, toiletries, etc. The restaurant is right on the beach, so you can eat and enjoy the view. Breakfast could be more varied, as it's the same every day, and the selection is average. However, lunch and dinner are fantastic. Truly excellent Indian cuisine, everything perfectly prepared and seasoned, and served at very reasonable prices, not much higher than average street restaurants. The staff is a special treat in itself. They are excellent, helpful in every respect, and respond quickly to all requests. It's clear that the staff are thoroughly instructed and properly supervised. From talking with the staff, it was clear that most of them have been working here for many years. By the way, in the small hotel restaurant, I counted at least 16 waiters, responding immediately to every request. Importantly, there's no blaring music in the hotel, nor are there any silly entertainment programs. And one more thing – compared to other places in Goa, there aren't many visitors from countries where you pay in rubles. Does the hotel have any flaws? Yes, but they don't detract from the overall excellent rating. Firstly, if you get a poolside room starting with number 9, ask to be upgraded to a room on the other side of the pool. Rooms starting with number 9 have direct sunlight all day, so there's no way I could sit in a chair by the entrance to the room. Secondly, some of the furnishings (especially the restaurant tables) need replacing. The worst part about the hotel is the proximity to the beachfront restaurant, where loud music can drown out the hotel restaurant's solid music in the evenings. But there's nothing you can do about your neighbor, and fortunately, according to Goa regulations, guests are required to turn off the music at 10 PM.

Helped solve all the issues with settlement, settled in this hotel including for his participation and good-welcoming relationship! The location of the hotel is good, the rooms are comfortable. The pool is small - if you want to choose a hotel for swimming in the pool, you are not here. In general, the hotel recommends, the location is convenient, in the center, near shops and restaurants, close to the beach

Прекрасный отель на первой линии! Территория отеля - это сад, в котором затеряны деревянные домики для гостей. Много разных тропических растений, среди них домики расположены так, чтобы гости не мешали друг другу и было ощущение, что ты один наедине с природой. Каждый день территорию отеля облагораживают: подметают, просеивают песок, высаживают растения, поливают. Мне кажется даже каждый камешек и тот выложен с любовью. На ресейпшине всегда кто-то дежурит, даже ночью. Обратиться можно по любому вопросу и тебе всегда доброжелательно помогут. Домик небольшой, простой деревянный, но все необходимое есть в номере: чайник, холодильник, кондиционер, чай, кофе, сахар, каждый день бутылка воды литровая на человека. Фото домика и внутри соответствует реальности. (наш домик находился около водонапорной башни и когда она переполнялась - вода вытекала наружу и сильно шумела, в любое время суток. Решить эту проблему персонал не в силах. Поэтому берите домик подальше от башни ). Электричество ( как и везде в Гоа, часто отключалось, но практически сразу все восстанавливалось - возможно генераторы они ставят. Но проблем с горячей водой не было. На территории есть бассейн небольшой. Он очень спасал, когда на море были сильные волны и зайти в воду было невозможно. Особенно это актуально тем, кто с детьми. Около бассейна есть душ, недалеко санузел. Полотенца для бассейна - на ресейпшене можно попросить. На столиках есть меню от бара, расположенного на пляже. В баре можно сделать заказ и тебе принесут или в номер или к бассейну. На пляже постояльцам отеля шезлонги бесплатно. Около шезлонга ставят тазики с водой - чтобы ополоснуть ноги от песка. Вот такая милая забота о гостях. Чтобы поужинать или дойти до магазина - можно выбрать кафе на ближайшей улице - иди минут 7 неспеша. Нам очень понравился отель, рекомендуем!!

location is good but parking is not, Food is avarage but pricing is high , Mosquito is every where to welcome you. most important house keeping staffs enjoy your mini fridge items like chocolate, chips but you have to pay for them . i ordered one sandwich in evening snaks and it was delivered at dinner. it's worst.

The room was clean, well-maintained, and impressive. However, I was disappointed with the dental kit and bathroom amenities, particularly the lack of hand wash. Additionally, the electronic safe mentioned during booking was not available. On the bright side, the food was excellent, and I'd give it a 9/10. Overall, my experience was good, with some areas for improvement. Thanks

Our stay was much better than i expected. Pros: 1. Beach is just a 2-3min walk away. You can literally see the beach from their restaurant. There are a couple of beach shacks and restaurants very close to the entrance of the beach from the hotel. 2. Staff was friendly and no interference of any kind. 3. Easy check in and check out process. Cons: 1. Only con i felt was that for booking, the reception assigns rooms by default so you would not get any good facing rooms. Even then it did not really matter to us as the beach was just 2-3min away. That was the most important factor while selecting this hotel.

Unfortunately disappointing experience. The hotel is quite expensive, but imho it shouldn’t be such expensive. On the territory of the hotel is the renovation of some houses. The cottage house looks tired, the water was licking from the bathroom to the bed, the furniture is old. The swimming pool is ok. The breakfast is good, unfortunately they don’t have coffee machine. The service is good. The wifi is not working in the room.
