"The hotel itself is nice – modern, clean, and located in a quiet area. My first impression was definitely positive. Unfortunately, the stay was significantly affected by a major issue: the heating in my room did not work, which made it especially uncomfortable during the night. I reported this at check-out, but there was neither an apology nor any form of compensation or goodwill gesture. I found this quite disappointing and not very customer-oriented. It’s a shame, because the hotel has real potential – but basic comfort and a professional response to guest complaints should be standard."
