近河岸，去市中心走路也近，2分鐘有電車站，方便。價格也合理，小廚房餐具俱全，有餐桌可用餐。一樓有汽泡水機，櫃檯服務人員親切，和一位朋友各睡一床（房間雙人床和客廳沙發床），共住了六晚，可以再回住。沒有空調是美中不足之處，不過有兩隻電扇尚可應付炎熱高溫天氣。

位置，衞生，服務，都不錯。比較乾淨，沒有異味，靠近老城和河邊，停車有停車場，也可以停在路邊，但是需要先入住才能停車，不能直接開進去。
