The biggest plus of this hotel is definitely its proximity to Enchanted Kingdom — it’s just a few minutes away, which made it very convenient for our itinerary. The location is easy to find and accessible by both private car and public transport. There are also nearby restaurants, convenience stores, and even malls if you need anything during your stay. The room I stayed in was clean, neatly arranged, and had a modern minimalist design that was both functional and easy on the eyes. The bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning worked well, and I appreciated that the linens and towels were fresh. The space isn't overly large, but it’s well laid out — perfect for short stays. The bathroom was clean, with hot and cold shower options, and basic toiletries were provided. A small desk area made it easy to use my laptop when I needed to catch up on work. The staff was friendly, professional, and quick to assist with check-in and check-out. They were also helpful in giving directions and answering questions about nearby attractions. The front desk was efficient, and the overall service felt smooth and hassle-free. I felt safe and comfortable during my entire stay. The hotel maintained good cleaning standards, and common areas were well-kept. The building felt secure, with proper access controls, and I noticed that health and safety protocols were being observed. If you're looking for a budget-friendly, clean, and convenient place to stay near Enchanted Kingdom, Sans Hotel is a great choice. It's ideal for short stays, quick business trips, or family outings to the amusement park. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who wants comfort and convenience without breaking the bank. "The most frustrating thing about a couple/solo traveler is the lack of WiFi in the modern times. I had to tell this hotel staff for 48 hours (almost nagged) about that. On top of that, they leave the hotel completely open on certain weekdays due to lack of personnel. Either they should do something about it or only open on weekends when they get staff. Regarding cleanliness, that is where the services get valued and recommended. The location is easy to find as it's on the national highway yet it might become noisy for digital nomads or early sleepers. Overall, I'd recommend it for a weekend getaway. But not for a long stay. "It was not cleaned properly. Bathrooms and beds should be cleaned properly thats the most important in hotels because people stay there to take rest for a comfortable stay a clean bathroom and bed is a must."

"Booked due to power outage during the typhoon. It was a bit flooding outside so it was difficult to reach convenience stores. Water was seeping into the window and dripping into the floor. But you can ignore it. Overall , it was still a nice stay if you don't have that much choice in the city."

"My daughter and my family stayed on 2 suite family rooms for 2 nights last 29 July 2023. The rooms were big enough. The only thing we don't like was there was one cockroach inside each of the rooms. - 2 cockroach in total. My daughter complained about this as we have 2 x 8 months old babies with us. The receptionist did respond though and tried catching and killing the cockroaches. One of the sinks in the toilet did get blocked on the last stay of our stay. The air conditioning was good. The hotel just needs to maintain their hygiene and cleanliness and try to get rid of the cockroaches on their hotel. Otherwise, hoyel staff are nice with the hotel with good location as near the main city and market."
