"We booked an ocean view room , however it turned out more like a pool facing. You can’t really see much of a sea even standing in the balcony. The first morning we found a dead cockroach in the toilet floor. No idea where it came from. The resort only has a gym room, spacious. But other than the pool and the gym, there is no other facility. The beach is small and shallow water, not much fun either. I would say the only good part is the design of the balcony windows and the door, very sound proof and the door won’t slap a loud noise when it closes. We did not hear much noise from neighbors or outside. And that is the best sound proof design I ever encounter in SEA. So if you only spend 1-2 days that’s good, more than 3 days will be boring as not much facility to enjoy."

"Staying at the Cabin Villa at De Bintan Villa has been such a delightful experience! I’m so happy to be back, and this time I had the chance to try their new cabin with its serene sea view. The staff here are incredible and truly made my stay feel warm and welcoming. Plus, the room was spotlessly clean, which made it even better. The journey started smoothly with Bobby, who picked me up and made the drive comfortable and enjoyable. Agus who sent me back to ferry terminal is awesome too ! At the Cabin Villa, Erni and Deka were always there with bright smiles and friendly service, making sure everything was perfect. Andy, who drove me between the Cabin Villa and the Cliff Cafe, was also exceptionally warm and friendly, which made the experience even more pleasant. At the Cliff Cafe, Suhardi and Seltiya provided attentive and helpful service, making me feel right at home. Overall, it was a wonderfully warm and enjoyable stay with a great room and kind people with beautiful smiles. Thank you so much for everything, and I can’t wait to come back again!"

"We stayed with our family at the Kawaland glamping resort for 3D,2N. We had a very nice experience. The staff were sincere, hard working, friendly and courteous with all our needs. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and explained to us about the Indonesian cuisine. All the food that we tried at the restaurant was good! The glamping rooms were comfortable with spacious bedroom and bathrooms. The beach was only a walking distance from the resort & it was clean and beautiful. They also had swimming pools. We also had a good experience using the BBQ pit with the help of staff. We were also able to try the movie night with the projector at the beach bar. One area that could be improved is: During warm weather, the roof panels and the room interior gets quite hot. The AC alone was not sufficient. So it may need some other solution as well to keep the room comfortable. Otherwise, we had a chill, happy vacation at the resort! Would definitely recommend it to everyone."

"The most perfect and peaceful place to go when you need a break from the hustle & bustle. It was truly an amazing 3D2N stay with the friendly staff, and the amenities available. We had no intentions of exploring Bintan during this trip as it was purely meant for relaxation, and Sadi Beach Hotel did not disappoint. The food available was also sufficiently good, there’s really nothing to fault. Thank you Sadi Beach team for making our stay amazing. Will definitely come back with the entire family 😊"

"Superbe eco-resort au calme et à l’abri des grands axes touristiques. Très jolie plage de sable blanc très propre et bien entretenue. Possibilité de faire plein d’activités sur place à des prix raisonnables telles que yoga, paddle, vélo, massages. Seul bémol pour nous, la qualité de la nourriture au restaurant et le petit déjeuner un peu léger. Nous reviendrons très certainement !"

Our stay at Bintan Pearl Beach Resort was truly excellent! 🌴 Before arriving, we were a bit unsure since the resort is located farther from both ferry terminals — but once we got there, we realized it was absolutely worth it. If you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing weekend away from the crowds, this place is a hidden gem. The staff and driver were incredibly warm, helpful, and always ready to assist. We also joined their guided tours, which turned out to be much more affordable and personal compared to online options. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, adding a great start to each morning. Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable stay — highly recommended for anyone seeking tranquility and great hospitality in Bintan. 🌺"

"Awesome hotel, that is, Ctrip has to contact the hotel through the agent, can not communicate directly, not too convenient. The hotel is right by the sea and you can watch the sunset. The hotel's restaurant is better than any restaurant on the island! I ate three dinners this time, and I didn't step on thunder when I blinded a lot of dishes! The disadvantage is that the electric water heater is used, and the water will be cold after a long bath time. In addition, the hotel does not provide toothpaste and toothbrushes, and there is no renewal of cleaning for two days."

"Families first time to this place very nice to relax. So thankful who fetch us Tedi (martedi) very kind , good service and pleasant. To manger Hardi first assist us very clear to explain so helpful, kind, good service and friendly. Nur who smiling face. Good ambience and relaxing. Breakfast good complete. My kids love it especially egg prata but our last day prata over cook,(sad),cannot service . The best snorkelling we recommend this water sport. Everything perfect except to shower so little water come out and cannot control heat . Cleaning of room Okay everyday cleaning but never wash the cups. And never give shower gel and shampoo. Overall relax and wonderful experience. We will come back here hope got changed for shower."
