"I have stayed here twice, both within a week, and found it to be extremely good. Check in both stays was easy with plenty of information given on the resort and local area. Rooms are very clean and a good size, bed & pillows are comfortable, along with the small kitchenette, it makes for a good stay. Great views from the beachside of the resort across the water. Only downside is the lack of close restaurants. There is a pub down the road which is a bit far to walk and a couple of takeaways closer, but have tried both of them and very disappointing. All in all a top spot to stay whether it an overnight or longer visit."

"Amazing stay at Black Speech Caravan Park. The location is one of the best on the East Coast, with clean amenities and spacious sites. The owners are fantastic….. so welcoming and friendly. Loved the happy atmosphere with kids laughing and families enjoying themselves. Would definitely stay again"

"This is a great little hotel and affordable. We stayed with our 3 children, they loved playing in all the different pools. Whole place was really peaceful. Love that the rooms were aircon as it was so so hot outside. Place was nice and tidy too."

"I stayed in hotel room 104 and I was absolutely disgusted. •Dirty dishes with food still on them •Drinking glasses (wine glasses in particular) had greasy finger marks and lipstick marks. •Dryer didn’t work •Bedroom had no TV •Fridge cupboard door broken off. •Calcium build up in bathroom and really bad water pressure in shower."
