Nice flat - clean, the bed could be a little bigger (and I thought the washing machine would be per flat but that’s my mistake) but overall really enjoyable and cannot recommend enough. They’ve been really efficient & helpful.

The male staff was friendly. There are chikens and cat in the neighbor's yard. I'm sorrounded by the sound of clucking. The black cat totally melted my heart .

Several pieces of furniture were loose in the room. Starting with the inside doorknob, which I was left holding in my hand. The outside doorknob is also nearly loose. The toilet seat was loose, as was the bedside lamp. The double bed was small, though there was room for a larger one, and it's not the most comfortable. We could hear everything going on in the building, including the guests above us. When someone passed by on the stairs, it sounded like they were in our room. There's no soundproofing. And to top it all off, we were both attacked by a bug in our bed, which bit/stung us profusely.
