Hotel Harmonia by Dukley ★★★★

"Stylish hotel has a dramatic exterior and a massive staircase to a tiny reception. It has an odd layout and is nearby facilities that are not part of the hotel. I think the wellness facilities are a popular part of the hotel service and there seems to be some kind of children’s educational academy close by too. The breakfast room has everything you need and always enjoyed a full cold and hot selection. It also has great views. But doesn’t look big enough for the hotel. But it thankfully never filled up. The hotel has no bar or lounge area. I was told the breakfast room will double for a bar in the summer. The rooms are the biggest draw as they are stunning and are very stylish. The bed was amazing for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was small but had a good shower. Bit tight to sit on the toilet I thought. But room was smart and clean. I was disappointed that the pool was not available considering how warm it was but apparently only in use during the official summer season starting in May. I think you use the pool from the hotel up the hill behind this hotel. Good access to the beach path that runs in both directions. Bit of a trek to the old town but enjoyed the exercise and the walk is pleasant. Also enjoyed walking the other way along the coast. Some nearby restaurants and beach bars too. Staff were great and very helpful and spoke great English."

"What we liked: Check-in: They offered us various options, and we chose a room that suited us, with a view of the pool, the neighboring hotel, and the mountains. The cleaning was excellent every day, the interior was beautiful, the pool in the spa center was magnificent, the beach was spacious, and there were plenty of comfortable sun loungers for everyone. The dinner buffet was priced at 15 euros, which is more than worth it. The breakfast buffet was repetitive, and we could easily last a week. Thank you for the service and our wonderful vacation in Becici. We are happy with our choice of hotel!"

"We had an exhilarating experience at this hotel. The staff at the desk were very professional and went above and beyond to help us; check-in was a breeze. We stayed in a studio apartment with breakfast option. The breakfast options were delicious and suited for every taste. There is a playroom for kids that can keep them occupied. The hotel has both indoor and outdoor pools. There is a private beach as well. The location of this hotel if fantastic. There are a few grocery shops within walking distance. Budva old city is only 5 minute drive. Cafe Mika of the hotel which is next door has a good collection of cakes and sweets that we visited every day. This hotel has a policy that you are not allowed to bring in or take out food and beverages."

"Hotel is pretty average, food is nice. Something I wish I’d known before coming - getting a bed by the pool is almost impossible. I’ve never experienced this before we started coming down at 7am when the pool supposedly opened to grab a bed but EVERY SINGLE BED was taken. Not just around the pool even all the beds on the grass surrounding it. People are getting up at 4-5am jumping the chain when it’s closed and leaving towels etc to hold the beds, and what’s worse is these people then don’t come down until after 12pm sometimes. No staff say anything. It’s not fair on other guests. Lots of unfriendly Europeans staying here- very rude, big attitudes, no consideration of others. So if you’re someone who likes to chill by the pool consider this! The beach isn’t great and you have to pay for beds there too. It seems the hotel has been expanded over the years but yet they haven’t added pools, it’s one adult pool for ALOT of people so sometimes there’s not even space to get in the pool (at the hottest parts of the day when you need it). No kettles in the rooms either which is odd, but worth noting if you like tea!"
