After staying here for ten days, the bellman completely ignored me when he saw Chinese faces. A girl had to carry four large pieces of luggage by herself. The bellman stood at the door chatting. I understand the tipping culture in the United States, but I don’t even have a basic sense of service, so I can’t tip even if I want to. It was like this on the first day I arrived, and it was also like this on the day I left. During my stay, I also saw the bellman's attentive expression towards white faces, which was really bad. The sanitation was basically not cleaned, and I was given a tip after staying for ten days. It was still an executive floor, so I just messed with the sanitation and it was over. I specially booked meals on the executive floor, which were extremely unpalatable. The elevator is always filled with a body odor that makes you want to vomit. The bedding in the room was even more outrageous. The bed was too soft, like sleeping in a pit. What was even more terrifying was their bedding. The quilt cover was so long that the quilt core came out when I slept, and the sheets were rolled up in a mess. I also stayed for ten days and spent nearly 40,000 points. I asked for points as a Marriott member, but I only got 300 points😭. It is recommended that if you want to book a Ritz-Carlton hotel, it is better to book the Langham Hotel. I briefly stayed at the Langham Hotel for 3 nights. The service was good, the hygiene was good, and the breakfast was very delicious. Never book a Ritz-Carlton hotel unless you want to spend 5-star money and suffer the consequences of a 3-star hotel. Don’t order, don’t order, don’t order!
