It was a beautiful hotel with a lot of character! Definitely recommend

Clean, convenient location, near to beach and international centre, amazing view

The room was large and clean; however no room service. Even if you need a spoon or extra toilet roll you need to go downstairs. The staff made it clear to me that this was ''hamptons'' not ''hilton'' so if you expect basic room service dont go here. Also, no one picked up my call at reception when I called at 7 pm (not midnight). Please stay in any other 5/4 start property if you expect that hospitality. I have stayed in Marriott multiple times, but I was never told off by the staff.

Every time I am in Bournemouth we try and stay at the Hampton. The hotel is clean, the rooms are nice, clean and spacious, the breakfast is well cooked and presented. The check was smooth, the parking facilities are brilliant and only cost £13.50 a day which is reasonable if you are staying in a hotel. You are minutes away from the various shops and restaurants. The seafront is about a 20 minute walk from the hotel. One thing to bear in mind you a climbing a steep hill to get to the Hampton. The Hilton is just next to it but the climb is not as steep. The rooms were clean and fresh the shower was powerful, the beds were nice to sleep on and the pillows were nice and soft. Had a very good sleep both nights.

Central location very close to the part, pier and beach, restaurants and cafes. The room s are smallish, We had a double bed to share with my son, was rather tight. Not much space around the bed either. But very clean, new and maintained very well. Would recommend for couples and business travellers . Families might want to find a bigger rooms or even self catering flats. Parking is extra. We used NCP across the road . It’s cheaper. We were charged to the card £1 upon check in. Very strange and not sure whether this would be refunded.

I forgot my adapter in the room and called them when I realised it a day after. They said they found it. But I would have expected them to reach out to me without waiting for me to do so.

Hampton hotel is an excellent hotel that does everything that they can to make our stay comfortable. We had the Accessible Room for my Mother In Law, who has limited mobility and sometimes needs a wheelchair. The room was large, spacious and clean. Larger than I usually see in UK hotels. The wet room shower was perfect for her to have a shower without needing to step in-and-out of a traditional shower or bath tub. The breakfast was good enough to fill us up ready for the day ahead. The breakfast waffles were tasty indeed. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and did everything that they could to make sure that our needs were met. Even attempting to resolve our TV issues, where the TV volume could not go higher that low. The TV itself was faulty, but the staff still were willing to help. The location was great for being in the center of the touristic beach areas of Bournemouth, with a short walk (on a hill because Bournemouth is a hilly place) to the sandy beach and pier. Would recommend.

Good clean, comfortable, simple and located near town. Breakfast included is standard. Tiolet flush system was overflowing. Woke me up during night.

Modern, comfortable hotel located in center of Bournemouth. The Bedrooms were very clean and the staff were helpful when we asked a question about the pillows. Tasty Breakfast too!

Clean Hotel Room, Breakfast Included was decent. However, parking at the carpark next to the hotel will set you back 15.5 pounds. Overall, it was a good experience.

The hotel was nicely situated - only 7 minutes from the beach. The reception staff were very welcoming and the breakfast was fantastic. There was a big choice: the waffles were very popular with children.

Excellent stay at the Hilton , great staff and relaxing stay

Nice hotel, had a view of the sea which was a bonus. Breakfast was good, lots of choices on offer. Staff were friendly.
