"they have phenomenal service. receptionists are all kind and willing-to-help. Housekeepers are considerate asking me if I need anything despite I just checked in. they will give you a key card for the entry of accommodation and the room you booked. I accidentally locked myself outside twice because I forgot to bring the key card with me all the time. Once was on office time and the other was 7 in the morning whereas the reception opens at 10 am. A kind and heart-warming cleaner helped me to reach out to the manager, who values the security of the hotel and customers' experiences. I had an imperative interview at 9 am. they dragged me out of the misery. I couldn't thank them more."

"Unfortunately we faced some trouble during check in, we reached there around 10.30pm while searching in the key box didn’t find any key for my name, after repeated call to the given number they noticed someone else taken my key and staff asked us to shift to ßother room. "It’s so convenient for me to travel to the airport Terminal 2 as the hotel is 10 mins walk and 5 mins drive from the hotel to the airport. One good thing about this hotel is that they provide free shuttle bus to the airport so I don’t have to carry my heavy luggage and walk to the airport."
