"The environment and service of this hotel are great, and the location is very close to the city center. It is also very convenient to find food and my favorite attractions. I just saw the waiter when I checked out the next day, said hello, and returned the room card, but the waiter didn't respond. Maybe it happened to be Christmas Day, December 25th, and the waiter was too busy and didn’t nod to say goodbye. I can understand it😂"

"Really worth the price you’re paying for. We stayed in the Standard Cabins and honestly it was pretty impressive. The only drawback I have is the Wifi not working. Apart from that, good value and relatively clean."

"Considering the location, the price is quite reasonable. The executive room is very spacious, with a small living room and a kitchen. However, the kitchenware was quite dirty, and there were a few cockroaches! The air conditioning in our first room was broken, so we had to switch. In the second room, we then discovered the bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working."

"We booked a room for one night as we had a very early flight the next day. The hotel is right next to T4 and within walking distance of every other terminal. They offer a shuttle bus service to T1 and T2, which was a 2-3 minute ride.  However, the bed was small and it was quite noisy at night. There were loud machine noises throughout the night and we couldn’t get a proper night’s rest, which kind of defeated the purpose of an airport hotel.  We wanted to get some water - whether filtered or boiled or bottled and this was not available at the hotel apart from the bar which had steep prices. There were also no convenience stores nearby which was annoying.  The thing that frustrated me most was, I explicitly asked the staff how long the tax refund would take in order to plan my time well. I was informed that the entire process would only take 5-10 minutes. I ended up waiting around 1.5 hours at the queue of the tax refund. I would expect a staff working at an airport hotel to not mislead me on this.  Overall not very satisfactory… I won’t bother with an airport hotel next time."
