Highly recommended! Staying in the Hyatt Regency Lanzhou's River View Suite was the biggest surprise of my Gansu-Qinghai trip. The high-floor panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered direct views of the flowing Yellow River. Opening the windows revealed a picturesque scene of Lanzhou's mountains and river. During the day, the mighty river stretched out, and at night, the city lights sparkled – an irreplaceable view. The happy hour experience at the 16th-floor Club Lounge was fantastic; you could mix your own cocktails, and the signature beef noodles were authentic and delicious. Sitting by the window in the evening, watching the Yellow River sunset, created an incredible atmosphere. The hotel's location is convenient, close to the Waterwheel Park, and the staff's service was thoughtful and meticulous. As a benchmark international five-star hotel in Lanzhou, it's perfect for both leisure travel and scenic sightseeing. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Lanzhou!

The hotel room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. There was a humidifier available if the room felt dry, and the bedding was comfortable, so I slept very well. The front desk service was warm and attentive. The location is convenient, right near the airport. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

This was the best value for money on our Gannan trip! The room was spacious enough, very well laid out, and all the facilities were new and complete. Everyone, from the airport pick-up driver to the front desk, concierge, and housekeeping staff, was polite, professional, and proactive in offering help. We had seen reviews mentioning airplane noise beforehand, but we didn't experience any of that – it was very quiet at night, and the bedding was comfortable. We stayed on the 4th floor of Building 2, with our window directly facing the runway, and it was really pleasant to lie in bed with the window closed and watch the planes take off and land. Lanzhou Airport is so far from the city center; I highly recommend all early morning flight travelers to stay here for a night – it's truly worth it!

The room, as always, maintained Hanting's consistent style: clean, tidy, and well-laid out. The breakfast offered classic Lanzhou flavors, with both the beef noodles and egg milk *laozao* (fermented glutinous rice dessert) being delicious. The egg milk *laozao* was especially good, the best I've had these past few days, even better than Lao Ma's! I highly recommend future guests try it. Water, coffee, and tea are self-service in the lobby, which is very guest-friendly. The location is unbeatable; the hotel is right at the entrance to the food street, making it convenient for dining and catching a taxi, and popular attractions are within walking distance. Extremely satisfied! 👍

Checked into your hotel yesterday, and I must say the service was excellent. The location is super convenient, right next to a RT-Mart, and there's even a Luckin Coffee in the lobby on the first floor, which is a nice touch. The room was comfortable and clean, and I loved the large floor-to-ceiling windows. Overall, a very pleasant stay! [smiley face emoji] And a big shoutout to the customer service for their outstanding and thoughtful service.

After a day of exploring, we could return to our room and enjoy a peaceful night's sleep, completely undisturbed by the street noise. The stay included a buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes, as well as local specialty noodles. The food was authentic and delicious, ensuring we started each day full of energy before heading out. Our room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, with a comfortable and elegant overall ambiance. It's perfectly suited for solo travelers, couples, or families. From service and location to environment and dining, everything was top-notch, offering excellent value for money. Choosing this hotel in Lanzhou is definitely a safe bet! The next time I visit Lanzhou, I will prioritize staying at Days Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Lanzhou. Highly recommended!

I was in Lanzhou for business and after comparing several five-star hotels, I chose this one. The location is excellent, close to Lanzhou University Metro Station, making it convenient to get to Oriental Red Square and the provincial government area. If you're driving, there's free underground parking, so no worries about transportation. The hotel's decor blends the aesthetics of Dunhuang, and the lobby on the 51st floor offers expansive views. The giant starry sky chandelier is grand and elegant, perfect for photos. Overall, it's luxurious without being ostentatious. What made the check-in process most heartwarming was Kelly at the front desk. I arrived with a lot of luggage and was quite tired from traveling, but Kelly had a warm smile throughout. She was efficient and professional, quickly completing the check-in procedures and proactively introducing all the hotel's amenities: the 11th-floor heated infinity pool, the panoramic window gym, the breakfast at the Yun All-Day Dining restaurant, and the operating hours of the high-floor executive lounge. When she learned I wanted to watch the sunset in Lanzhou, she specifically recommended a high-floor room with a view. She even hand-wrote recommendations for authentic local beef noodles and scenic spots along the Yellow River. She patiently answered all my questions about breakfast, pool usage, and late check-out. Her service was meticulous, thoughtful, gentle, and perfectly measured, embodying Hilton's service standards. The room experience was equally impeccable. Being on a high floor, the panoramic windows offered direct views of the city skyline, allowing me to overlook the entire Chengguan district and the outline of the Yellow River at dusk. The Serta mattress was soft yet supportive, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were high-quality. The soundproofing throughout the room was excellent, ensuring an undisturbed rest. The breakfast selection was rich and comprehensive, featuring both local northwestern specialties and Western dishes, all authentic in flavor. The heated pool had crystal-clear water, and the high-altitude gym was well-equipped. It was truly therapeutic to swim and relax after a busy day. The housekeeping and concierge staff were all enthusiastic and polite. The entire hotel's hardware is new, and the facilities are well-maintained, with attention to every service detail. It's perfectly suited for both business trips and leisure vacations. This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its proximity to Lanzhou West Railway Station. It's only a few hundred meters walk from the high-speed rail station and even provides a shuttle service. The area around the hotel is very convenient for dining and shopping. The rooms are spacious, bright, well-laid out, and fully equipped, not to mention clean and tidy. I choose this hotel every time I visit Lanzhou.

The hotel is located very close to the Lanzhouxi railway station , it serves the purpose of coming and leaving from Lanzhouxi. The hotel was kind to provide shuttle service to and from the railway station. It's close to the Gansu museum. We had a short visit to Lanzhou and this hotel suits me. Hotel staff were kind to assist you. The hotel is clean. A new fresh up renovation will be an asset. I needed extra water, someone delivered it personally, greatly appreciated.
