"The heating did not work. When I arrived to check in They wanted not only my drivers license but credit card details including the CVV number, there is no mention of this on the trip.com website. This is enough information for my bank account to be drained and my ID stolen To give a total stranger this information and then have it put into a computer that can be accessed by many staff members and possibly easily hacked would be irresponsible at least and just stupid. If you stay there and your ID is stolen it will be deemed you who gave it away and you will have very little legal recourse."

"I recently stayed at this 3-star hotel seems like 1star and was quite disappointed. The beds were uncomfortable, and mattresses were cheap worn-out making it hard to get a good night's sleep and gave backaches every morning,so pathetic, To make matters worse, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room, and hallway which was very off-putting at some point we all felt choking . I expected a better experience for the price. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel group IBIS! And i feel Australian health regulations should take this location seriously!"

"I recently stayed at Quality Hotel Westmeadows for the second time and once again I wasn't disappointed. The whole process was seamless, from choosing my standard of room to phoning them on my arrival at Melbourne airport and phoning for their complementary shuttle bus service I had a 10 minute wait for the nice shuttle bus driver and when you arrive at reception after a 5 minute trip you are greeted by the most friendly team. My room poolside was absolutely spotless and had everything I needed for the night. It was also very quiet despite being close to a busy road. I had buffet breakfast which had a good selection plus surprisingly good coffee from a little machine. I had a very pleasant chat with the lovely lady who runs the buffet. Just a quick 5 minute walk up the road are a few good eateries and a little further along a couple of fast food places. I really can't fault the place or the staff and confidently recommend it to anyone wanting the convenience of a place to stay close to the airport at a good price."
